God of War: Ascension may be the most technically advanced game the PlayStation 3 has to offer, in that it makes full use of the aging console's capabilities while stretching the system well beyond the limits with a myriad of hacks and clever programming tricks to get the game to look as good as it does.
It's not just that the glitches make the game bug out—one of them will even allow you to perform unlimited hit combos and turn Kratos into a lean, mean, killing machine who gets unlimited upgrade points to spend on his skills. Now that's a bug that works in the player's favor.
That being said, it has more than a few bugs—many of which have to do with how the game renders its graphics and makes 'em disappear when they're not in the scene. The camera occasionally messes up, causing Kratos to be stuck in certain parts of the scenery and unable to do much beyond run around the screen. Other times, the terrain disappears. There's ways to fix the glitch with the Passage of Delphi, as one of the videos below shows.
We'll be adding more to this list as more players get their hands on the game, and the glitches continue to surface.
