New Super Mario Bros U Time Attack And Coin Collection Modes Guide

Other than the standard single player mode, New Super Mario Bros U includes a special Challenge Mode, which tasks players with completing specific objectives. There are four single player modes here: Time Attack, Coin Collection, 1up Rally and Special. Boost mode challenges require two or more players, one using the Gamepad and all the others using Wii remotes. Once a challenge is completed a replay is automatically saved.

• Time Attack

Pretty much as the name implies, players will have to clear a stage in the fastest time possible. This means that you really must be perfect, without making any mistake. Here are the requirements to get a Gold, Silver and Bronze ratings on all the trials.

• Coin Collection

Just like the name suggests, the Coin Collection mode requires players to collect massive amounts of coins during each trial. There are even some trials which challenge players on collecting as few coins as they can! If you want to test your skills, this mode is perfect for you. Here are the requirements for each trial.
