It’s common for games to include little holiday-related events or surprises, like Halloween masks or candy. Fallout 4 is no exception. As Redditor /u/ply447 discovered, to unlock the secret holiday decorations, you need to get to the date of the holiday in the game – that means you need to fast forward to Halloween or Christmas. But how do you skip that much time?
In order to pass the time until a holiday, you can either sleep or sit and wait in a couch or chair. On the PS4, you can press the triangle button to set how long you want to wait. There don’t seem to be any decorations for Thanksgiving. Since waiting does take up some time, no one has confirmed whether there are any decorations for New Year’s Eve or St. Patrick’s Day. If you make it that far, please let us know in the comments section.
