Titanfall Titan Classes

Where would Titanfall be without a great set of Titans? Appearing in different shapes and sizes with their own set of strengths and weaknesses, there are 3 Titanfall Titan types, the Ogre, Atlas and Stryder. The Atlas is the standard Titan that players can expect to battle inside throughout the match, however more skilled Titanfall Titan Classes such as the Titanfall Ogre Titan and the Titanfall Stryder Titan can be accessed through the use of Burn Cards. If you’re not familiar with Burn Cards then check the Guide to Burn Cards here and follow on for our Guide to the Titanfall Titans...

Titanfall Ogre Class
The Ogre class in Titanfall offers you the ultimate battle tank, this Titan is heavy than the other two, boasting heavier armor but at the cost of speed and movement. The Ogre Titan is the perfect option for those that prefer to take a defensive approach in battles. This titan will survive longer in battles and perform best in short range closing down on the enemy Titan. Note: This titan only has one dash, so be careful when using this feature.

The Ogre’s finishing move involves removing the arm from an enemy Titan and beating the enemy to death with it.

Titanfall Atlas Class
The Atlas Titan is the standard Titan which does not necessarily exceed in a particular area, but also doesn’t fall short in any of the areas either. It features adequate armor and speed meaning that it holds its own in battles against all Titans in their areas of their strength. The Atlas holds a max of 2 dash units.
The Atlas' finishing move involves punching through the enemies armor, taking hold of the pilot and throwing it forward into the air.

Titanfall Stryder Class
The Stryder mech class was the final Titan to be announced by Respawn Entertainment which sacrifices the Ogre’s heavy duty armor in favour of speed and agility, with it’s ability to take three dashes instead of two or one. Although this may limit the Titan’s performance in a face-to-face battle and it’s ability to take a punch, the Stryder Titan outperforms all other Titans in terms of speed, acceleration and agility. Direct action missions is where the Stryder will excel the most, with it’s ability to attain the first strike and secure rapid deployment objectives faster than any of the above Titans. Weave in and out of obstacles, using buildings as shields and gain an advantage in battles by firing at an enemy Titan from an opportunistic angle that can be reached first by this agile Stryder.
The Stryder's finishing move involves punching through the enemies armor, taking hold of the pilot and squashing it to it’s death within it’s palms.
