GTA 5 Online Next Patch Release

The latest update patch for GTA 5 Online was the Independence Day Special, which provided PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers with even more weapons and vehicles to terrorize Los Santos with. Not to mention the additional jobs it treated fans to. But without a single word from GTA developers Rockstar, fans are growing impatient for the next installment on their crazy game.

It has been found that Rockstar normally release patch updates for Grand Theft Auto 27 days after the previous one, but has widened the gap to 48 days and also narrowed it to just 14 days. The suspense is tense as the 27 day mark has already passed and fans have no sign of the anticipated GTA 5 Online DLC. Although this is fairly expected from Rockstar, having said nothing before releasing the last two patch updates, with every day that passes gamers everywhere wonder what’s going on.

 
But some have done even more than that. GTA fans have been making suggestions to Rockstar over the internet, offering ideas that they feel should go in the upcoming GTA 5 Online patch update. The notions put forward vary from the reasonable to the insane and include everything inbetween. Fans have put in some serious thought about how they’d like to see GTA 5 Online in the (not so distant) future, let’s just hope Rockstar put them out of their misery sooner rather than later. Here at Trade in Detectives we have compiled a list of what we want to see in the next Grand Theft Auto 5 Online update patch, a wishlist if you please. What follows is a top 10 wishlist for the GTA 5 Online Patch 1.16 update; we hope you’re listening Rockstar!

You cannot have any gaming wishlist without including bug fixes. Despite GTA 5 having received numerous updates already, there are still little issues that bug keen gamers. For the patch 1.16 potshot and driving time duration prior to reaching mission objectives should be improved.

In an environment as open as GTA, it can become a struggle to find missions to complete. So the new GTA 5 Online patch update should include more heist missions to challenge players.

To give players a fighting chance in new heist missions and other devious activities, they will need new cars! As well as adding the 2014 cars to the GTA 5 roster, the 1.16 patch update should include more police and military vehicles for stealing and buying.

But considering that not everywhere can play as host to a group of battling vehicles, the GTA 5 Online patch update should also feature elements for on-foot stealth. One community member suggests the ability to hide in more locations and having a tranquilizer gun as a GTA 5 Online weapon. The idea certainly provides food for thought.

The 1.16 GTA 5 Online patch should include locations and one area that needs some tender loving car is the North Yankton zone. Players have complained about the lack of access they’ve had to the area, taking to user-created mods to provide that instead. If Rockstar could just add the area themselves they would have much happier players.

 
A large of the GTA experience is sampling a wide variety of different clothing, dressing your character is an array of different styles. Expanding on this could only be good for GTA 5 Online players; the participation of even more players weakens individuality that players like to retrieve with clothing.

There has been much speculation about the potential property changes that could occur with the next GTA 5 Online patch update. Whereas some are suggesting players should be able to purchase whatever property they want, and can hopefully afford, others are simply asking for an expansion in allowance. They just want to buy a third house, that’s all.

Being able to buy more property would be fun for GTA 5 Online players, but what would improve that dramatically would be the option for customization. Many players are itching to personalize their apartments and houses, either with furniture, lighting or equipment.

Although we’ve already mentioned vehicles, there is one that deserves its own entry in our Top 10 Wishlist for GTA 5 Online Patch 1.16. That is the humble Go Kart. We recognize that it won’t be the most practical or speedy of GTA vehicles, but imagine all of the fun you could have riding round town with your friends as part of a Go Kart herd. The opportunity for races would be incredible, regardless of whether they were specifically designed or just mapped out of the existing city locations.

The final addition that Rockstar ought to include in the latest GTA 5 Online patch is one that should raise people’s spirits. Summer! Between swimwear and wacky, loud and bright outfits, there is much potential for a burst of summer in the GTA game. People do like the summer vibe alongside completing heists, surely?
