Evolve: How To Easily Kill The Wraith

Need an easy way to beat the Wraith in Evolve, for either the Xbox One, PS4 or PC? Well, there’s a few videos to help gamers own up the Wraith… the one monster that just wrecks everyone whenever it steps onto the battlefield.

The 14 minute video from Artemis Knives focuses on a few key strategies for taking down the Wraith. Check it out below.

In the case of the video above, it’s important to get the jetpack buff in order to keep up with the Wraith.

As is standard in Evolve, use the trapper to lay down the dome as often as possible. Also, attempt to avoid engaging directly with the Wraith if you are the trapper. Without the dome it’s going to be pretty hard getting a kill on the Wraith early in the match.

Additionally, setup mines on the high ground in case it tries to fly away.

As mentioned in the Artmeis Knives video, the Wraith can only walk when going invisible (she either double back when attempting to flee or keep heading in the same direction.)

Also, watch out for the fake clones that distract you. You can note the real one with the on-screen indicator, which doesn’t appear for the clones.

The tactic exercised here is focused more-so on staying as close as possible and keeping the Wraith within an area where he can’t really run and hide, which is probably advice that the trapper should keep in mind when attempting to throw down a dome.
