The ever-changing .308 to .50 cal unique Reba II rifle can be acquired at the Rook Family House in the PC, Xbox One and PS4 versions of Fallout 4. The weapon is great for long-range sniping, and deals 50 percent more damage against Mirelurks and Bugs.
You can actually get the Reba II rifle four different ways from Barney Rook. First, you will need to go to the north-east side of the map almost near the edge in Salem, and you will need to help him clear out some Mirelurks that are attacking his house. After he lets you in you will have four options to obtain the unique rifle.
The first method is to shoot him take the key and get the rifle in the back room, while the second method is to steal the key from him and use it to open the back room door, or you could do the third method and help him and get the rifle at the end of the quest he gives you.
Looking further into the third method, players will need to activate all five assigned turrets around town which will complete the quest. This will lead him to opening the back door for you to enter the basement so that you can get the Reba II rifle.
Another thing worth noting, you can get the Reba rifle off of Rook’s body after killing him during the attempt to rid all the Mirelurks from his house, this is considered to be the fourth method and allows players to get the rifle without having to open the locked door or steal any keys.
You can watch Camelworks get the Reba II rifle and mod it, as seen below.
The mods on this weapon are prone to change, and has some players speculating that it depends on your level, while others say that it depends on your difficulty or luck. However, it comes with a base damage of 55, rounds of either .308 or .50 cal, a fire rate of three, a range of 215, an accuracy of 92, a weight of 13.5 and a value of 290.
