Dead Rising 2 Guide

This is a complete guide to getting all the survivors in a single playthrough. You will need to be fairly high level already to get the most of this guide as extra health, inventory, and abilities make this game a lot easier. I would suggest your first playthrough to get all the Posters, gifts for Katey, and Hidden Combo cards. Doing all of this first will get you to level 20 and a good start. Then come back and follow this guide for a comprehensive walkthrough of the all the survivors.

Remember to always Restart from current save to keep all your money and level progress.

Make to save OFTEN. The game can be quirky about some calls not coming in at the “right” time. Reloading your save file (sometimes 3 times) can get things.

This guide is broken down into days 1-4 and at the end there are some achievement tips, videos for all the combo cards, gifts for Katey and Posters

DAY 1

DAY 1 - 03:00 AM

Safehouse

Grab the Fire Axe from outside the control room. Get the Orange Juice from the break room then head through the Ductwork at the bottom of the stairs to get to the main area.

Royal Flush Plaza

Grab the Sledge Hammer from around the corner past the maintenance room. Then go back to the maintenance room and combine:
Sledge Hammer Fire Axe = Defiler

After head into the main area of the Royal Flush Plaza and head to the center kiosk - Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow. Grab the Magazine Health 1 and then climb on top of the Kiosk to get the Bowie Knife.

Head into The Man's Sport and grab the Boxing Gloves. Then go to Tunemakers and use their maintenance room.

Case 1-1 : 111 Denyce Calloway
Grab the Wheel Chair from the front of the store and drive it around to Roy's Mart. Take out the 3 looters and escort 111 Denyce Calloway. Go into the side office to get Zombrex and an Orange Juice. Go back to the Safe House to drop off survivors.

DAY 1 - 04:07 AM

Head from the Royal Flush Plaza through Slot Ranch to get to the Food Court. Go into Wild West Grill House and get the x3 Steaks in the back kitchen. Then continue to Yucatan Casino.

No call : PSYCHO - 004 Ted Smith & 112 Snowflake

Ted is very easy. First drop all 3 of your Steaks on the ground. This will work towards taming Snowflake and keep him/her out of the battle between you and Ted. Ted is a pushover. Just keep beating him and he will go down fast. After Ted is disposed you need to finish taming Snowflake. There are 3 more Steaks in the glassed in mountain area. 2 on the top left and 1 on the small boulder. Just drop these also and keep them between you and Snowflake. Don't hit Snowflake. After he/she eats 3 bites Snowflake will join your group.

Psycho - Tim

No Call - 043 Lenny Monney
Lenny is in the chip cage near the Silver Strip entrance. Go into the back room and he'll take you on a trip near to the service room near the bathrooms. Throw the switch in there and he'll join up.

Escort Snowflake and Lenny back to the Safe House the same way you came. Food Court to Slot Ranch to Royal Flush Casino.
Snowflake counts as a gift for Katey so Examine Snowflake in the security room for the gift to register.

Give Katey Zombrex #1

Grab a new Fire Axe and Sledge Hammer and create a new Defiler. It's always a good call or replace weapons whenever possible since they degrade so fast.

DAY 1 - 09:02 AM

No Call - 046 Gordan Dawkins & 035 Lashawndra Dawkins
Head out of the Safe House and go right to Casual Girl and talk to Gordan. Then escort him to Lashawndra at the Dark Bean.

No Call - 037 Chad Elchart &  Lost... - 072 Doris Elchart
Head through the Americana Casino to the Platinum Strip and to Dining at Davey's. Help Gordan kill zombies and then he'll join up. Then head down to the Kiosk at the bottom of the area by the Fortune City Arena entrance. Pick up Doris and head up the Strip. Stop by Moe's Maginations to unlock the Pawnshops. (Call: One Man's Trash)

Go up to the Fortune City Hotel for Case 1-2: Alive On Location. Follow Rebecca Chang to the security room (Case 1-3: Insecurity). Then take Gordan and Doris back to the Safe House via American Casino and the Royal Flush Plaza for Case 1-4: Alliance.

DAY 1 - 11:57 AM
Open Calls: Welcome to the Family & Short Sighted

Short Sighted - 032 Ester Alwin
Head to the second floor of the Royal Flush Plaza to the Children's Castle to get Ester. You need to talk to her many many times but eventually she will join you. Pick her up as she is a SLOW old lady and carry her back to the Safe House.

DAY 1 - 12:55 PM

Welcome to the Family - 029 Kenneth Walsh & Jack Ellis
Royal Flush Plaza to Fortune Park to Atlantica Casino to Palisades Mall. They are in Shank's at the very top of the mall's first floor. You have to kill all the zombies in the store making sure not to injure the two men. Then they will join you. Head back via the Yucatan Casino.

FREE ZOMBREX 1 - Climb the Dice Slot Machine in the middle of the casino to get a free Zombrex and a LMG.

Now to the Silver Strip and stop in One Little Duck Bingo to get the Leadership Magazine. Then head through Slot Ranch to Royal Flush Plaza and back to the safe house.

DAY 1 - 2:50 PM
Open Calls: Workers Compensation, Lush-ious Lady & Meet the Contestants

Head to the American Casino.

FREE ZOMBREX 2 - Head into Bennie Jack's BBQ Shack and take the stairs to the second floor. Jump off to the left and jump from lighting fixture to fixture until you get to the small ledge. The Zombrex is there.

Workers Compensation - 101 Stuart Holmes & 054 Brittany Beck
They have barricaded themselves into a bank of slots. You have to hit Stuart a couple times to get him in line.

Lush-ious Lady - 066 Kristen Harris
Kristen is in the security room between the Royal Flush Plaza and Bennies. She's blitzed drunk so carry her. Take all 3 back to the safe house.

Open Calls: Brains over Brawn & Meet The Contestants

Meet the Contestants: PSYCHO - 017 Leon Bell
Head through the Americana Casino to the bottom of the Platinum Plaza. Once the scene is over drive the bike north to the middle mountain with the Save Bathroom. This is where Leon should be. Get off the bike and stand in front of and dodge out of the way when he comes at you. Then when he's stunned from the hit, run up and bash on him. Shotguns and the LMG can do damage also, but the best is just Knife Gloves to him when he is stunned.

Brains Over Brawn - 038 Curtis Ellenton, 040 John Boog, 042 Brian Scherbey & 051 Kevin Meyers
You now have access to the Bike. Hop on and drive south to the Fortune Hotel entrance. These 4 are located in the bottom of the area in Ultimate Playhouse. Keep talking to John until he agrees to come with you. Grab the 3 2x4s in the right side of the store and the Baseball Bat in the back left by the giant head. Give them all weapons. Then head out.

Barn Burner - 047 Elrod Bumpkins & 092 Trixie-Lynn Horton
Head to the Fortune City Arena and take the first left to get to the back room. Get the Fire Axe on the ground on the way in. Grab the Fire Extinguisher on the left and put out the fire. Then talk to Elrod until they both join. Give the axe to Trixie-Lynn.

Chuck The Role Model: PSYCHO - 007 Brandon Whittaker & 053 Vikki Taylor
Leave the Fortune City Arena to the Americana Casino and head to the first set of bathrooms on the left. Drop your group of 6 off in the Womens Bathroom with LT Y. There is no save but we don't want them getting killed by Brandon.
Brandon likes to jump into the stalls and then jump out and slash you. Wait for him to jump into a stall and then run up and down that aisle. Once he jumps back out and misses. Hit him a few times and then move out. Once he gets low you can risk calling everyone back with Y for some “final” damage. Afterwards talk to Vikki and burn rubber back to the Safe House.

DAY 1 - 8:07 PM
Open Calls: Once Bitten

Once Bitten - 044 Jared Davis
Head to the second floor of the Royal Flush Plaza and enter Wiley Travels. On the way there make sure to stop by Yesterday and get a new Bowie Knife and OJ and the Boxing Gloves from Man's Sport to make a new Knife Gloves. Give Jared a Zombrex (Leaves us with 1 following this guide) and escort him back to the safe house.

DAY 1 - 9:02 PM

Code Blue - 033 Sven Blaaborg
Head to the Slot Ranch and wait at the exit to the Silver Strip for the call Code Blue which should come at 10 PM. You can hang out behind the bar to the left of the exit if you don't want to worry about those pesky zombies getting at you. Then head out and go to the One Little Duck Bingo and get Sven. Get the flashlight outside the Bingo hall and head up to the maintenance room. Grab the flashlight outside here and enter. Grab the 2x gems and combine them.

Head to the top and enter the Yucatan Casino. You can save at the bathrooms at the back if you want. Then head into the Food Court. Grab BBQ Ribs and a BBQ Chicken from the Wild West Grill House and combine them in Rojo Diablo Mexican Restaurant to get a Painkiller.

Tastes Like Chicken: PSYCHO - 003 Antonie Thomas, 023 Cinda Smith & 089 Jasper Sanford
Leave Sven in the Rojo back room with a weapon and head to Cucina Donnacci. Antonie will throw plates at you so dodge those. Wait for him to start eating some food at the tables and hit him hard and fast with the knife gloves to easily outpace anything he is gaining from the food. Afterwards talk to Cinda in the freezer. She won't leave until you go get Jasper. Call Sven over with Y and place him next to Cinda with LT Y. You need to climb on top of the vending machines by the Yucatan entrance and work over to the roof of the Hamburger Fiefdom to get Jasper. Then go back and grab Sven and get Cinda and go back to the safe house.

DAY 2

DAY 2 - 12:27 AM

Now let's go do Case 2-2 since there are no open calls. Head over to the Palisades Mall right outside of Bagged!.

Once downstairs you get a cutscene and then have to fight 3 Mercs. These are normal one hit kills like the looters and are not hard. After that you're back on the bike and chasing down a train. Simply move to the left or right of the train and when you get to a ramp angle so you go over the train. The landing is automatic. Now there are a few more Mercs, still easy, and food everywhere. So just work your way forward killing all the Mercs to end the Case.

DAY 2 - 1:35 AM

Case 2-2: Ticket To Ride
Industrial Fashion - 055 Terri Glass & 061 Willa Harris
Wait underground where you are until 3 AM. Yeah that's a lot of waiting but there are no other open calls right now so that's what we have to do. Close the maintenance doors behind you for worry free waiting. Once the call comes in head up the stairs to the South Plaza. Climb the scaffolding and speak to Willa and then Terri for both to join.

Rock Heroes - 056 Allen Ash, 057 Jenna Slick & 100 Floyd Stone
Head to the Fortune City Hotel.Wait at the Platinum Strip for the call for Rock Heroes just after 4 AM. Then head out and up through Fortune Park to the stage on the right of Silver Strip by the Pub O' Gold. Talk to Jenna and then escort all 5 back to the safe house via Slot Ranch.

For finishing Rock Heroes you will receive Combo Card:

Killing time portion again. We need to wait it out for giving Katey her Zombrex and then wait until 10 AM for Case 3-1 to come up. This is a LONG WAIT. Feel free to go make some weapons or get food or do whatever. If you really want to be safe about spawns and cases and call though, just wait it out. If you are in the security room the next case will start automatically.

DAY 2 - 10:00 AM

No Call - 060 Bessie Kent, 095 Rosa Collins & 096 Erica Mayes
As you exit the area Queens will show up for the first time. Make a quick trip to the Americana Casino and then back to Royal Flush. The Queen cutscene seems to mess with the spawn of the next ground. Once back head to the 2nd floor to Kathy's Space and talk to Bessie. They will join you but you have to carry their big box of shopping bags back to the safe house for them. Escort them back.

DAY 2 - 10:55 AM

Case 3-2: Run For The Money
Head into the Americana Casino and make your way to the money cage which is just to the left as you enter the casino. More mercs to kill and then destroy the Drill with your weapons. Now head to Slot Ranch via Royal Flush Plaza and do it again. Then the Yucatan Casino. Once those three are done you be called to tell you they are also drilling from outside the Atlantica so head to Fortune Park. Stop by the Silver Strip maintenance room to make a lightsword if you want. Kill all the mercs and then destroy the Van from either direct damage or shoot the tanks to the side of the Van.

Everyone Knows Slappy: PSYCHO - Brent Ernst
Head into the Atlantica Casino and up to the Palisades Mall. Grab a drink from the center bar on the way up to see Slappy. Slappy is at the Kids' Choice Clothing store on the second floor. Examine the mascot outside to start the battle. You can Jump Kick him to knock him down and then beat on him. If you can get the timing down for that. Head into the store and get a water gun. Hitting him with the water gun stops his flames for a while so you can beat on him.

If you used the drink you got from the bar or didn't get one grab something from Leigh's Fine Liquor right next to where you finished off Slappy. Then go to The Venus Touch's backroom and get Linette by giving her a drink. She knows a shortcut back to the safe house area so take her to the second floor store Brand New U. It takes you to the Bathroom by the Men's Store in Royal Flush Plaza. Now take Linette back to the safe house.

Day 2 - 3:26 PM

Let's plan ahead. New knife gloves, defiler and oj if you need it. Then go to the Food Court and get 2x apples in Rojo Diablos. Mix them together in the blender to get a Nectar. Now use it to get yourself a Queen. Head into the Yucatan and get the shotgun from the zombie that is always on the dice slots. We're going to wait one in a bit. Now head to the Silver Strip entrance in the Slot Ranch and wait for the next call at 5 PM.

Here Comes The Groom: PSYCHO - 005 Randy Tugman & 073 Danni Bodine

UNIQUE WEAPON: Giant Pink Chainsaw

Head to Swept Away on the Silver Strip to find Randy. Randy is F-A-S-T. Use both side of the chapel to keep space between you and Randy. If you need to heal, draw Randy to one side then hop both aisles and do it quickly on the opposite side. Because if I failed to mention it, for a massively overweight guy with a chainsaw he's FAST. Finish up with the knife gloves and then talk to Danni. Before you leave use Giant Pink Chainsaw on the zombie bride as its a unique weapon and this is your only chance to use it. Escort her to the safe house.

Day 2 - 6:00 PM

Par For The Course - 034 Luz Palmer
Head to the bar in the Slot Ranch by the Silver Strip entrance and grab the handgun. Wait behind the bar until the case Par For The Course comes up and then go to Sportrance in the Royal Flush Plaza. Luz won't come with you until you kill the zombies. You kept the queen we got earlier right? Use it and then take Luz back to the safe house.

No Call - 049 Janus Razo
Head to the Atlantica Casino entrance and get Janus. You have to have the gun with you for him to join. Wait at the duct for the safe house until you get call Stuarts Scheme.

Stuarts Scheme
Go inside the safe house and talked to Stuart. If you don't he will convince people to defect. He's just at the top of the stairs and you just need to keep talking to him to calm him down.

DAY 2 - 10:00 PM

Case 4-1: The Source
PSYCHOS - 001 Crystal Bailey & 002 Amber Bailey
New defiler, knife gloves and orange juice if needed on the way to the Food Court. Make yourself a Painkiller with the BBQ Chicken and BBQ Ribs then into the Yucatan. Grab the shotgun from the zombie on the dice slots and save your game. Then go up to the Shaol Nightclub. This battle is very easy. Pop the Painkiller and chase down ONE of the sisters and just keep going to town with the knife gloves. Once one goes down the other is automatic.

Psycho - Crystal & Amber Bailey

Mail Order Zombrex: PYSCHO - 008 Carl Schliff
Head to the Royal Flush Plaza and examine the mail cart that is just outside of The Man's Sport. Carl is pretty simple. Just keep on him and watch for the explosive packages. He'll go down in no time. Then SAVE at the bathroom right in the area.

Hunger Pains - 026 Richard Kelly
We have to wait around for quite some time for this to pop at 2 AM so grab the 3 Gambling books. They are located in Ragazines on the second floor of the Royal Flush Plaza, Stan's Large Print Books & Magazines on the second floor of the Palisades Mall, and in the back of the Shamrock Casino. This will make the coming poker game easier. Then go to the Americana Casino until Hunger Pains comes up and then go out the Platinum Strip doors and go to Dining At Davey's. Richard won't come with you unless you have some food to give him. Then escort him to the Atlantica Casino poker room. It's half circle room on the left. CLOSE THE DOOR behind you to keep the zombies out.

No Call - 113 Jacob Skinner, 114 Nevada Slim & 115 Jessica Howe
Talk to Jacob and then buy in at the table. You need $100,000 to buy into the game. You need to come in first if you want to save everyone.

They really don't bluff much so any kind of checking on the AIs part equals weak hand which means you want to Raise. On the other hand they don't bluff so have a GOOD hand if they bet at all. Arm them all when you win and head to Palisades Mall.

Fetching Females - 062 Summer Chavez, 090 Cora Russel & 099 Nina Shur
These three girls are on the top floor of the pool bar in the middle of the Mall. Pay Cora $10k and they will join. Now escort the whole group to the shortcut room on the second floor of the Palisades Mall in Brand New U and back to the safe house.

Richard will give you a Zombrex on arrival. ZOMBREX: 3

DAY 3 - 5:04 AM

WWJWD?: PSYCHO - 009 Seymour Redding & 041 Ray Teller
Head to Fortune Plaza and into Fortune Hotel to get to the South Plaza. Seymour is not very tough considering where we are in the game. Just get in close with the Knife Gloves and work him. Put a column between you and him if you need to use some food. Afterwards grab his six shooter. Make sure to use it for the weapons achievement.

UNIQUE WEAPON: Six Shooter

It is a unique weapon but once you kill Seymour there will always be one here by the saw horse. Go into the American Undies and get Ray and get back to the safe house.

You should get back with some time to spare before you have to give Katey her Zombrex.

DAY 3 - 7:00 AM

New knife gloves and OJ and then use the shortcut in the Royal Flush Plaza bathroom to get to the second floor of Palisades Mall. Head to the maintenance room in the underground tunnels near Bagged!. Grab some plates and the cement saw and go back to the Mall. Go into KokoNutz Sports Town and open the door on the first floor. Talk to Wallace and he'll give you a new combo card.

These four are spread on the roofs of the Platinum Strip stores. Some people like to use sniper rifles but I find just getting in close with the knife gloves or lightswords to do the job very fast.

015 Johnny James - A ladder near maintenance room by the Slot Ranch.
013 Derrick Duggan - A ladder down a long hallway next to the Hot Exitorama.

Head into the Slot Ranch and talk to a guy near the ATM. We have to follow him around to 3 ATMs and then back to the safe house.

Give Jared some Zombrex and then head to the bathroom and change into your Underwear for the following case.

Slave To Fashion - 102 Europa Westinghouse
Europa is in the elevator area in the Fortune City Hotel. She won't come with you unless you are in your underwear. You also need to carry her.

Know When To Fold Them - 052 Bill Montagu
Carry Europa up to the Shamrock Casino in the Silver Strip. Bill needs $25k to walk away from the game. Then take them both back to the safe house.

DAY 3 - 3:18 PM

Shell Shocked - 039 Dean Wayne
Dean is in the American Historium on the Americana Casino. Bring him straight back to the safe house.

Art Appreciation - 050 Randolph Allen
Use the shortcut to the mall and enter Cleroux Collection. Play Randolph $3,000 for his painting. (Keep it, it counts as a gift for Katey) and then also grab the small piece art plant for a later case. Shortcut back to Royal Plaza and enter Sportrance and get a golf club. Go back to the safe house.

Give Luv the golf club in the cafeteria and then leave the safe house.

DAY 3 - 5:23 PM

One Hit Wonder - 018 Bibi Love, 036 Allison Perkins, 074 Juan Lee & 103 Cameron Welch
We need to do some set-up for this one. At the small ad stand by the Yesterday kiosk in Royal Flush Plaza is always a girl zombie throwing up her arms. She has a queen. So take her out and get it. Now go to Modern Businessman and put on the black dress shoes and tuxedo and also grab a vodka that is on the table with the shoes. Now head into the Slot Ranch and talk to Bibi.

First you need to give her the vodka. Then head back stage. There is a hidden zombrex on the crates. Just jump from crate to crate to get it. Zombrex: 2

Zombrex - Slot Ranch

Then grab some firecrackers from the ground and throw them in front of the stage until Bibi feels there are enough “fans” present. Then go back stage and activate the show. The sequence is A-X-A-X-Y-X. Afterwards Bibi will drop into the crowd and use the queen to clear the area fast. Then escort them all back to the safe house.

DAY 3 - 7:08 PM

Case 5-1 Stake Out
Head up to the safe house roof top to continue the story. Head left as you enter from the duct and up the stairs to the elevator.

Case 5-2: The Getaway
Now head over the to the Fortune City Hotel elevators. Take out the mercs on the ground floor then ride the elevator up. This is a pretty simple battle. Roll dodge out of the way of the crane arm and the gun fire and then use the wench when it lights up green. Grab a spotlight from the area and throw it at the helicopter. Repeat a bunch. Easy. You'll be back at the safe house when it's over.

DAY 3 - 8:36 PM

Dead or Alive - 027 Andy Talbat
Shortcut to the Palisades Mall and Andy is on top of some slots on the first floor. You have to talk to Andy ALOT but he will eventually come with you.

Stranded Siren - 064 Tammy Blaine
Go into the Atlantica Casino and carry Tammy with Andy back to the safe house.

DAY 3 - 10:05 PM

Twos Company - 025 Walter Morris & 028 Royce St John
We have some time before the next call so lets set up the next psycho battle. Get new knife gloves and grab more oj and then go to the Food Court and make 2x painkillers. Then go and waste time at the Slot Ranch bar until the call comes in. Go to Hot Excitorama on the Silver Strip. Close the doors behind you as you enter and listen to both of their jokes. Then give the trophy on the counter to Royce and they will both join you. Return to the safe house.

DAY 4

DAY 4 - 12:03 AM

Worlds Most Dangerous Trick: PSYCHOS - 010 Reed Wallbeck & 011 Roger Withers
Final day and a couple more psychos to take care of. They are in the theatre room of the Atlantica Casino. Painkillers will make this a much easier fight so hopefully you grabbed them when I told you to and head over there. Take a painkiller and just go to town on Reed with the launcher. Then chase down Roger with the swords. You get a Combo Card to taking them out. Hit at least one zombie with the Magicians Sword before moving on.

Family Feud - 031 Lillian Payne & 063 Camille Payne
Head to the Fortune City Hotel and wait by the elevators for the call to come in. Then go to the Rooftop and talk to Lillian. Then head to the Atlantica Casino to find Camille and bring her back to the Lillian. Then you can escort them both back to the safe house duct but don't enter until you get the next call.

Fortune City Botany Club
Give Vikki the Peace Art planet we've been saving since we saved Randolph. Now we should have a ton of time before we need to give Katey another Zombrex.

Ante Up
Ante up is a strip poker game you do not have to play if you don't want to. It is located down the left stairs and then back up the next set of stairs to a small poker table. This game is with a few survivors.

Once ready give Katey the Zombrex.
Zombrex: 1
Then wait in the security room for Case 6-1 to pass. Now head out to the Royal Flush Plaza and get the latest call to go save the Tape It Or Die! guys.

DAY 4 - 9:05 AM

Tape It Or DIE! - 104 Wallace Hertzog, 105 Johnny Kilpatrick, 106 Left Hand Lance & 110 Gretchen Peregrine

Shortcut to the Palisades Mall and enter the underground near Bagged!. Head down the ramp and past the humvee to get the start of the battle. Take a painkiller when you regain control and roll dive away from the bullets and the grenades. When he says Reloading run up melee him. Repeat.

Case 6-3: Lean on Me
Escort Rebecca back to the safe house via the shortcut.

Case 6-4: Secure Safe House
Get the Generator, Spool of Wire and Gas Barrel and place them by the door controls on the left. Once all three are down, hack the panel with a LONG A bashing session.

CASE 7-2: The Only Lead
First off go and give TK the Zombrex to unlock overtime mode. We are now at 0. Then head out to the rock formation in Fortune Park.

Make sure not to have any firearms when you approach them. Then escort both back to the safe house.

DAY 4 - 1:40 PM

Through the shortcut and into the tunnels again. Get in the cart and drive it down to the secret lab room. Once there watch the scene and then climb up and kill the 4 mercs. Then go around the the back room and kill the 2 scientists. They are slightly tougher then the mercs but not a real battle.

CASE 7-3: What Lies Beneath
Take the lift right outside this final lab to get back up to the mall. Then shortcut your way over to the safe house.

The Facts
Go to the Yucatan Casino via Royal Flush and the Silver Strip and use the lift that is near the bathrooms to get to the roof.

He will hit normal weapons out of your hands so use the knife gloves. The Double Leg Drop Kick is really the only way to go. All you do is Drop Kick and roll away. Just Drop Kick after boring Drop Kick.

There are 33 Posters in the game. You actually have to carry spray paint cans with you to use and the zombies are not going to stand by while you do this. Because of all of this I would suggest you do the posters as part of a separate collectible run.

As soon as you leave the Safe House head right to the Americana Casino. Inside is a gift shop called the The American Historium that has as much spray paint as you want. I don't know why but they do.  You need 6 total cans to get the job done. I laid out the numbers of these posters in the order you should get them. I didn't really do the game except for the first set of Cases to get the first Zombrex for Katey and to get the Fortune City Arena gate opened. This is 1-1 through 1-3. The only other thing you are not going to be able to avoid is the Tim / Snowflake Psycho battle, but you actually want to do this.

Combo Cards

For the 'Curiously Inventive' achievement (20) / trophy you need to collect all combo cards hidden in Fortune City. Altogether there are eight, we've listed them below and given you a map where to find them, and below that there is a video showing our example of getting all the combo cards

2 - Platinum Strip - Paradise Platinum Screens - Movie poster on the right inside the concession area

3 - Fortune Park - On a movie poster

4 - Silver Strip - One Little Duck Bingo - You need to give the Fortune Teller just under a 1,500,000. The combo card is the last thing the Teller gives you. The price keeps going up ending at 500,000. See out money guide in Tips & Tricks for “easy” money.

5 - Food Court - Cucina Donnacci - Poster. There may or may not be a psycho in here depending on when you get this card

6 - Yucatan Casino - Poster in the bathrooms

7 - Palisades Mall - Poster on the second floor

All Hidden Combo Cards

Katey Gifts

Getting and giving all the gifts for Katey and unlocks a couple of achievements (Father of the Month - 20 - Give Katey a gift, and Father of the Year - 20 - Give Katey every possible gift).

We've listed the locations of all the gifts for Katey and how best to get them, as well as the listing there is also a map and a video below.

1) Snowflake - Location: Yucatan Casino - (Keep some steaks handy, just incase.) This is the tiger that is with Tim the Psycho. First head to the Food Court and go inside the Wild West Grille House to get the 3 steaks in the back kitchen. Then kill Tim in the Yucatan. He's very very weak. Now drop the steaks on the ground (there are 3 more on the fake stone mountain inside the Yucatan). And just dodge Snowflake until she eats at least 3. If she gets hurt, it will take more steaks. You will get the The Skill To Survive achievement upon taming Snowflake. Then lead her back to the Safe house and then examine her next to Katey for number 1.

2) Giant Stuffed Rabbit - Location: Americana Casino - It's on a ledge. You need to jump over the ceiling lights starting from the 2nd floor of Bennie Jack's BBQ Shack.

3) Robot Bear - Location: Royal Flush Plaza - Astonishing Illusions

4) Bag of Marbles, Beach Ball, Stick Pony - Location: Royal Flush Plaza - Ye Olde Toybox

5) Giant Stuffed Donkey - Location: Royal Flush Plaza - Second Floor - Small Fry Duds

6) Giant Stuffed Elephant & Giant Stuffed Bull -  Location: Royal Flush Plaza - Second Floor - Children's Castle

7) Water Gun - Location: Platinum Strip - Moe's Maginations - You can also find one on the water in the Yucatan Casino

8) Funny Painting - Location: Palisades Mall - Second Floor - The Cleroux Collection - This is only available during the side mission “Art Appreciation” which happens on the final day (day 3) at 11 AM. You just need to come here and pay him $3,000 for the painting and then give it to Katey

Stick 'em up

This achievement is worth 20 points, it's fun to do and not hard at all, let us walk you through it...

This is super easy to do. Head to Baron Von Brathaus in the Yucatan Casino. We want to get the Large Painting, Small Painting and Zombie Mask first. Clear out all the zombies but one. Then use the Large Painting to pin his arms with the full hold the attack button heavy attack. Repeat with the Small Painting, then the Zombie Mask. Now get a Barrel and do the same. Achievement unlocked.

Covered a zombie in objects. That sure was funny!

Food Court - Rojo Diablo Mexican Restaurant - It needs to be at least case 2 so that Queen Bees are in the world. Head to Rojo Diablo's and grab 2 Apples. Then use the Blender behind the counter to make a Nectar. Use the Nectar to spawn a Queen Bee and grab. Leave the Food Court to the Yucatan and then come back to respawn the Apples. Make another Nectar and take the Nectar and Qeen Bee to the maintenance room and combine them to create the Wingman and unlock the achievement.

Drinks

There are a couple of achievements to do with mixing drinks in the game:

Bartender - 20 - Mixed a drink. Tasty stuff!
Look at all that juice! - 20 - Created and consumed all mixed drinks in the game. Just like Mom used to make

To make a drink you need to take both items and combine them in a blender. All but one can be made from the items that are found in the Food Court. Here is a list of all 9 recipes and where to find the parts. Note that there are MANY combos to make each item. This was just the easiest I could find.

Easy Money Tip

First we need to grab the 3 Gambling books. They are located in Ragazines on the second floor of the Royal Flush Plaza, Stan's Large Print Books & Magazines on the second floor of the Palisades Mall, and in the back of the Shamrock Casino.

Now head to the Slot Ranch and clear the Zombies away from the giant slot machine and go to work. Hearts are wild and you are looking for three $s for 100k each time. This will be be very fast but it will get you money.

You need $1,500,000 for the Fortune Teller to get the combo card
You need $2,000,000 for the SUV keys
