Climb is faster and convenient
A major problem of other games in the franchise Assassin's Creed is to climb large buildings. It is necessary to find the exact points so that your character could continue to go up without major risks, which at the same time too much time spent to fulfill certain missions.
In Syndicate, both protagonists have a kind of hook - like what is used in the series Batman Arkham. It allows high points are reached almost instantaneously, without the need of climbing cautious.
Another advantage of the gain is to move between large distances. London has wide streets which would hinder the locomotion of a house or building to another. The use of other mechanism facilitates this movement, since it creates a cable connecting the two locations, allowing characters and hang gliding to go through the stretch.
Using the Grappling Hook
The way you use the hook is quite simple, but requires some care. You can release it whenever the LB button (Xbox One) / L1 (PS4) appear on the screen. This view is usually concentrated at the top of the screen, so stay tuned to the move, especially if you are running.
Virtually every major highlights of the city allow you to use the hook. You simply circle the area until the button information appears on the screen. The same goes for moving a building to another. Move your character until the option appears, then press the button to release the cable.
You can also use the Grappling Hook to escape persecution. With it, it will come faster to the top of a building, which helps a lot in time to escape their enemies. And best of all: there are no limits of use, meaning you can use it at any time.
