Prepare for some bone-crushing action in the ridiculously stylish Skullgirls — a downloadable 2D fighter for XBL and PSN. Join eight wild and weird characters as they struggle to put an end to the nefarious, and titular (No pun intended.) Skullgirl, who’s deadly power has the world gripped in fear. What sets Skullgirls apart isn’t just the beautiful 2D artwork, but the gameplay itself. The dreamchild of a top tournament player and a small dedicated team, Skullgirls is familiar but modern, billing itself as a hardcore fighter that’s still immediately engaging for casual fighter fans.
Best of all, Skullgirls has itself a straight-forward story mode with AI made specifically to teach you how to play right. Join us as we tackle the singleplayer content and help you master Skullgirls. For even more girl-y information that might also contain skulls, take a trip to our extra pages all for achievements, trophies, and cheats.

BASIC GAMEPLAY TIPS
Crouching attacks are most effective against opponents who are standing, rather than crouching themselves.
Jumping attacks are most effective against opponents who are crouching, rather than standing.
To successfully fend off a flurry of enemy strikes: Stay in a defensive crouch for the majority of the attacks, then stand up when your opponent jumps into the air and crouch down again as they land back on the ground.
