PS Vita custom soundtrack issues:
Playing music using the Vita’s music player suffers from a number of problems
Firstly, you have to exit the game by pressing the PS button to change the track/album/artist.
Secondly, pressing the power button to put the PS Vita into power saving mode (i.e when the screen goes black) does not stop the music playing. You have to go into the music player to stop a song.
Thirdly, you can’t create playlists on the Vita itself. Instead you have to make do with options like play album/artist/songs/genres and shuffle play.
Finally, not all Vita games support custom soundtracks. This means you have to mute the in-game music as well.
PS Vita is released on the 22nd Feb 2012 – Wi-fi only and Wi-Fi + 3G models.
