Your first objective this mission is to Find a way to the Lower Floor. Head inside the Apollo Transit Security area after leaving the transit car and loot the room before heading out and turning left. Pass under the Towerlink Transit System sign and head into Reception. Follow the short set of stairs up and place your weapons on the conveyor belt after trying to pass through the metal detectors and setting off an alarm.
Once you’re in the next area your objective is to Check the Apollo Sales Tour Schematics. Turn around and interact with the uncovered table in the room, allowing Amanda to take a quick peak at the core’s plans.
Once your objective updates to Power Down the Conduit take a closer look at the schematics and make note of the numbers 4930 circled on the plans. Use this code to open the door to the inside.
Move forward, saving your game before heading right and down the hall. Pass through two doors and make a left turn once you can’t go any further. Follow the corridor in the only direction you can go until you reach a room with an audio log. Play the log and then look to your right, using your Access Tuner on the panel nearby. This will Shut off the Turbine Ventilation. Now backtrack to the save game terminal and pass by it, follow the corridor until you reach the Core Observator door. Approach the right console and use the Access Tuner to shut off the rest of the conduit you’ll need to use to get further inside the core.
This will update your objective to Access Conduit Through the Turbine Shaft and you’ll need to backtrack just prior of the save game terminal and enter the now open turbine shaft. Climb up the ladder and follow the ventilation shaft until you drop into a room. Now your objective is to Access Apollo, which is easier said than done. There are three exits to this room, first you’ll need to head through the door marked Right Hemisphere Servers and pick up the Gas Mask on the nearby desk.
Once your objective updates to Find Apollo’s Human Consultation Control Room exit the room through the door on the right of the terminal. Move around this area in a counter-clockwise fashion until you spot the Monitoring Control Room. Head through this room into a corridor and follow that corridor until you reach the Human Consultation Control Room at the far end. Move to the opposite side of the room and use your Access tuner before or after saving your game. Your objective should update to Search Left Server Bank Console and Search the Right Server Bank Console.
Head out the Right Hemisphere Servers door and backtrack down the corridor as it curves right, taking the only door at the end on the left. This is the right server room and the console you’re looking for is in the far left corner of the room where you just entered. Use your Access tuner to gain access to the servers and then hop inside the ventilation shaft and follow it through. Now that you’re in the center of Apollo’s Human Consultation Control room you’ll need to follow the core around until you spot a usable terminal. Use your Access Tuner on it to learn that it’s impossible to hack right now, as you are only given 9 seconds to do so. This will update your objective to Find a way to Reduce Apollo’s Security Capabilities. To complete this objective head towards the nearest vent and use the button on the outside. Now head into the vent shaft and use your Access Tuner on the terminal hanging from the ceiling inside the ventilation shaft. Do this in both vent shafts in the room and then return to the center terminal to unlock the actual control center of the core. Head inside the newly opened area and interact with the chair to have Amanda speak with Apollo. You’ll find out a few story plot changes and once that’s complete your objective will update to Investigate Central Reactor which also includes a side objective of Exit Apollo Beneath Core. Head out of the area and save your game before turning around from the save game terminal and climb down the ladder under the center dome. View the Sevastolink terminal below if you want, but once you’re ready to continue climb onto the platform and head to Engineering. This will update your objective one final time, Get to Reactor Core.
