Monster Quest is a new monster collecting game from Funzio, the company that brought you Crime City and Kingdom Age. In this game, your goal is not only to collect a seemingly endless variety of monsters, but to battle against other monster trainers and to complete a large variety of missions. Coins are the primary currency of the game, and most anything that you can buy that you actually need, you can buy with coins. Gems are the premium currency, and while the things that you can buy with gems aren’t entirely necessary, they can MASSIVELY speed up your gameplay. Read on to find out how to get more gems and coins!
The number one way to get more coins is to build more coin producing buildings in your settlement. To do this, go to the menu, then go to the “Money buildings” tab and build any of the buildings in there. Once you build them, upgrade them at least once to massively increase the amount of coins than you earn.
If you play a lot, build the cottage, which can be collected from every 5 minutes, and upgrade it. If you don’t play that often, upgrade the Manor that is already on your property, so that you can earn a large amount of coins from it.
Complete as many quests as you can, in as short of an amount of time as possible, in order to earn as many coins as you can. Each time that you complete a quest, not only do you earn coins for completing the quest, but you earn experience points as well. In addition, every time that you defeat a monster in one of the quest territories, or destroy one of the buildings that can be destroyed, you will earn coins as a bonus.
Right now, the only way to get more gems in Monster Quest is to purchase more gems using real money. To do this, tap on the plus sign next to the Gems counter, and you will be able to buy more gems. The more money that you spend on gems, the more gems that you will earn, and the smaller total amount of money that you will spend per gem.
