Welcome to the beginner’s guide to Zynga and Digital Legends’ new shooter game, The Respawnables! This game has similar gameplay to games such as Call of Mini Double Shot and Star Warfare, in that it is a third person shooter which plays like a first person shooter, except with a more obtrusive camera angle (of course) You play as a soldier whose job is simply to complete various death match rounds, both in single player and in multi player mode, to complete various missions and achievements along the way, and to increase your rank. Read on for the beginner’s guide to The Respawnables!
The main mode in which you will spend most of your time (at least at first) is the Missions mode, which is the single player mode in the game. At the first screen after hitting Missions you will see three of the brand new quests that are there for you to finish. Tap the forward button to continue after you look over them.
On the next screen, you will be able to choose from four different stages. If you just downloaded the game, then currently, you only have one of the stages, but all four of the extra stages are free downloads. They just take a little bit of time, so it’s advisable to download them when you have a WiFi connection, rather than attempting to do it on even 3G or 4G LTE, as it will be slow on both.
Once you are in the missions mode, a death match will begin that will last about 2 minutes and thirty seconds. In the upper right corner you will be able to see how much ammo you have left, and if you have less than the maximum ammo, you can hit the reload button to reload it. If you tap on the pause button, you will be able to see your three main missions again.
From here, you can also access the weapons store by tapping the green icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
