Armed Beasts is an endless shooter game for the iPhone, iPad and other iOS devices, in which you play some seriously heavily armed animals who are trying to rescue their buddies in the middle of a war. Your goal is to survive through as many rounds as you can, collecting coins and upgrading your character so that he or she can become more and more powerful and progress further and further. Read on for some tips and tricks for Armed Beasts for the iPhone and other iOS devices!
At the beginning of the game, you start off with a whole lot of coins, and it is tempting to use these to start upgrading Eben, your first character, so that they can immediately have high reload, high ammo or high damage, but don’t. Save your money because you will get more, better characters as you go, including right after the first round of battle if you get far enough.
Go into the first round, and use some of the same strafing techniques that you may use in games such as Call of Duty. Stick to the edges of the course, backing up the entire way as you go, but keeping close enough to the nearest enemies that you’re always firing on them. If you sense enemies up ahead in your path (seeing the skulls is how you know that they are coming), rush forward a bit to shoot them.
Try to last past round 11, because if you do, you will unlock a new character, Salvatore, who is far more powerful than Eben is. Switch to Salvatore, and then spend your coins upgrading him instead of Eben, because he already has far more attack power to begin with. With him, upgrade the size of your clip and the speed of your upgrade first, because he already does more than enough damage.
And as always, make sure to go back and collect the coins and the syringes that your enemies drop, because if you don’t collect them yourself, they won’t be picked up at all and you will have killed those enemies for nothing.
