Pixel People is a new city building game for the iOS with a unique gameplay premise and with cool retro graphics. In this game, much like some of the popular tower simulators that used to be so popular last year, you find people of different jobs to fill positions at different businesses. The catch, though, is that you have to try and figure out how to get which jobs filled by splicing people together and seeing what you end up with. Read on for some tips and tricks for Pixel People!
To move people into your city, you need to have enough room for them in your houses. You can either build rocky mansions, terra terraces or solar nexuses (nexii?) for your utopians. The most cost effective of these is the rocky mansions, which take up one square and house two people for 5,000 coins. The terra terrace and the solar nexus house 4 and 6 and take up 2 and 3 spaces, respectively, but they cost 12,000 coins and 20,000 coins and they take longer to build than the rocky mansions, making them a worse deal all around.
Your buildings earn money automatically, but when the lightning bolt icon appears above them, that means they are no longer earning money, so keep checking back and tapping the ones that need your energy in order to keep them earning money for you.
the more people that you have in your city, as well, the more people you have who can fall in love (I.E. hearts appear over the house). When the heart meter at the top of the screen fills up, then you will get an animal. When you’re on your card collection screen, tap on the lower left icon to see your collection of animals.
Also, whenever any of your businesses is not yet completely filled up with people, tap on the business and then tap on the blank slots to see what position fits in a space. If you already have one employee of that type at a different business, then tap on that other business and on that employee, and you’ll see the splicing combination that works for making another one of that person.
