Minuscule: The Private Life of Insects – A Fingerprint, is the very long name for a new racing game based on the French documentary, also called Minuscule. You play as a ladybug with a sense of humor in this game, and your goal is to first taunt the spider, and then to beat him in a race. Along the way you collect coins and rings, and try to avoid various random bugs that will slow you down, as well as other obstacles. Read on for tips and tricks for Minuscule!
Each stage has three rings for you to collect. If you collect all three of them you get a bonus of 500 coins, but if you collect anything less than three of them, you get no bonus. The rings seem difficult to collect, but pay close attention when you are redoing a stage to try to earn all of them.
Pay close attention because they will ALWAYS pop up at the exact same time, in the exact same place, on a stage, every time that you reply it. After you get all three of them, though, they no longer appear on the stage. That’s when you can concentrate on coin collecting and getting as far ahead as possible.
Don’t use any of your mini game tickets until later on in the game, because early on, you won’t really collect all that many coins when you double them. Instead, wait until later stages where you can earn over 200 coins in a single run, and then after a particularly good run, use up one of your tickets to play the mini game.
You already know to avoid all the butterflies, which will slow you down, and the bee missiles, which will stop you in your tracks and cause you to lose all of your coins. However, avoid any of the fruits, rocks, or flowers that appear on the top or bottom of the stage, as these will cause you to stop in various ways – for example, landing on the fruit, or crashing into the rock.
