Paramon is a new anime-style monster battle and collection game for iOS and Android by 4inch. Your goal is to build a team of monsters, like a cross between Pokemon and a card-battling game, to go on missions, and to battle your monsters against other players’ monsters. There are many levels in the Paramon, with many different monsters to battle, and many different monsters to collect as well – over 200 monsters total. Read on for some tips and tricks for Paramon!
While battles start off being fairly easy, they will become tougher and tougher very quickly. When you get stuck on a certain battle, your two methods of passing it are either to power up your monsters, or to get better monsters. The quickest way to power up your monsters is to go back to previous battles and fight them again for experience points. Hit the skip button (the timer) for every battle to make them go by far more quickly.
Also, you can buy enhancement gems in the regular store, which have a chance of enhancing your monsters (ranging from 40% chance to 100% chance depending on the enhancement gem). Basic gems don’t cost much in the way of gold, but you earn a LOT of gold from battling, without having much to spend it on, so spend it on as many enhancement gems as you can (or as you need) in order to pass the tough battles.
Fight in order to get more tarot cards so that you can possess as many pets as possible. Once you have four pets, you’ll unlock the training grounds. Placing your monsters in another player’s training grounds will level them up rapidly, while renting your training ground out will allow you to earn gold from other players. Add more players for more potential training grounds to use.
You earn a lot of bonuses as you go through the game, and often it’s easy to ignore the bonuses. Oftentimes, go to your items menu and just start using the bonuses that make sense to use (for example, the enhancement stones). There’s no reason to save them until later, usually.
Progress through the missions to continue unlocking new ways to enhance your pets and strategize. Tap anything in your Pet Center or in your main map that has a lock over it, and you’ll be able to see what you have to do to unlock it. For example, you can evolve your pets after you beat the Young Golem in Crystal Hills.
