Elemental Kingdoms is a new card battling game by Perfect World Entertainment for the iPhone and iPad. The game is very similar in execution to Lies of Astaroth and that much of the focus in battle is taken off of your team rating, and each individual card as a whole will have more of an effect. For example, one very strong card can carry the whole battle, or one very weak card can drag the whole team down. Read on for some tips and tricks for Elemental Kingdoms!
There are a whole lot of different modes that can be unlocked in the game as you gain experience levels. For example, the enhancement mode will allow you to upgrade your cards, and sacrifice cards that you don’t want anymore in order to perform these upgrades. The arena mode will allow you to battle your deck of cards against other players’ decks of cards to see who is the most powerful.
To unlock these quickly, go to one of the areas that you had previously fought a battle in and hit the “explore” button over and over. You will get the experience and coin rewards that you would during a battle, but since you don’t have to battle to get them, you’ll earn rewards, such as experience points, coins and free cards, far more quickly than you otherwise would.
You’ll rack up a ton of coins, so spend them on gold card packs, which have a surprisingly high chance of earning you rare cards of the two- and three-star variety. Use all of the other one-star cards that you get to level up your rarer cards, making them even more powerful than they already were to begin with.
Battles can be fought either manually (by sending in the cards yourself) or automatically. There is no point in fighting them manually, though, unless you have just a few very strong cards that you want to send in as soon as possible. Fighting them automatically makes little to no difference in your chances of victory, and makes the battle go by far more quickly.
To win battles much more quickly, when you are organizing your active fighting deck, lean towards cards which have more attack power over cards which have a higher health rating. Not only will you kill opponent cards in less turns, but you will also have a higher shot at killing the hero.
