MonsterCrafter – Tips and Tricks Guide, Part 2: More Hints, Cheats and Strategies

When you are in battles, you’ll battle in waves. You have your regular attacks, and your special attacks which pop up on the left side of the screen. If they pop up towards the end of one battle, save them for the next wave, and make them the first attack you use on the next enemy in order to secure a quick victory. Or, even better, if there is a tough boss, save the special attack (or attacks) for the boss. This goes double for any boss that has healing abilities.

If your monster is unhappy, they will perform poorly in battle, and if you use the time lapse cheat, your monster will become unhappy much more quickly, so it’s important to keep them happy. If you don’t have enough coins to do all of the forms of training, do what you can and then play an older battle that’s far easier to win, use it to earn extra coins, then use them on training.

Use other methods for some emergency coin earnings as well. Play the slot machines for a chance to earn some quick coins. Always claim your daily prizes from the store, because oftentimes they consist of huge quantities of coins. Or, if you have multiple monsters, use your happiest monster to battle for coins (or your strongest monster, if every single one of them is unhappy).

Once your monsters are about equal in experience level, you can use both of them to make quests far easier. Pick the colors which will defeat opposing colors easily (red beats green, green beats blue and blue beats red). The advantages won’t be as apparent with normal attacks, but they will be VERY apparent with special attacks. Or, when one monster gets low on health, send in another monster as a replacement.

Any time that someone enters your friend code in the friends menu, you will earn 15 free coins, so post it on the Facebook page for the game, App Store review or wherever else (including the comment section of this article). Do the same thing with your clan code if you want a lot of people to see it and join your clan.
