Dragons World – Walkthrough, Wiki, FAQ and Beginner’s Guide, Part 3

Welcome to part three of the Dragons World beginner’s guide! Click here to go back to part two of the guide.

Eventually, you’re going to run out of room for all of your buildings, decorations and habitats. So you’ll need to clear out spaces. Do this by tapping various obstacles and getting rid of them. There are two types of obstacles. The trees and rocks are the main types. You’ll need to pay gold in order to clear them out. Elemental obstacles are the other types. You’ll need to send out three level-5 or higher dragons of a certain element in order to clear them out, but they’ll earn you crystals as a bonus.

Even with that, you’ll eventually run out of room for all of your stuff, so you’ll need to buy more islands. You’ll unlock Pine Island at level 10, and then the desert island and rocky island later on. Right now, the limit to how many islands you can buy is 3 (the ones listed above); however, expect more to be added later.

You can unlock a number of interesting buildings as you gain levels. The Magic Lab will allow you to trade level 10 and up dragons for elemental essences, which will be used for items added to the game in the future. The training center is used to teach skills to your dragons that they can then use in battle. The amplifiers will increase the amount of coins earned by one element of dragon, and decrease the amount of coins earned by the opposing element of dragons.

Complete the quests to progress through the story of the game. Most of the quests will involve you breeding various new dragons, but they can encompass almost any task that you can think of in the game. In particular, as you gain levels, a quest will be made out of maxing out your habitats again and collecting a certain amount of gold. As you do this you’ll get closer to unlocking the ability to breed the King Dragon.

The game has a social element too. You can connect to Facebook or Game Center, add friends, and send gifts back and forth, including even sending each other crystals.

Congratulations – you have just completed the beginner’s guide for Dragons World! Enjoy the game!
