Waldo & Friends is the most obvious game idea that nobody has had a thought to come up with until now: a hidden object game based on the original hidden object game, the Where’s Waldo books. Compared to the wealth of easy HOG games out there for the mobile platforms, this one is FAR more difficult. You of course not only have to find Waldo himself, but also find all kinds of other people and objects. Read on for some tips and tricks for Waldo & Friends!
Just like many other hidden object games, you have up to four stars that you can earn on a stage, which is done by collecting points. To earn the stars as quickly as possible, play the same stage over and over again so that you can memorize where the objects are quickly. The faster that you beat a stage each time, the more points you earn per play, and the more points you earn, the faster you star up.
Look around for everything that you need to find before you start tapping. When you quickly tap items one after the other, you will increase your point multiplier. This is another reason why it’s good to memorize the location of everything, because you’ll skyrocket your multipliers and earn maximum points. If you are having a hard time finding something, use the wolf’s bane for a quick boost.
If you want to earn free gems, go to the in app purchase store and hit any one of the two free offer buttons. The first one will pop up advertisement videos and for each one you watch, you will get free gems. The other will take you to an offer wall. Whenever you complete any offers on the wall you will earn free gems, so complete as many as possible to load up. Also, complete the missions to earn more gems.
Complete mission to earn more energy as well. Energy is required in order to play a level, and once it’s gone you have to wait for it to come back. Log into Facebook from the game nad you will also get a free energy refill. You can’t do the trick where you set the time ahead on your phone as that will just not give you any extra energy (unlike a lot of other games), but there are plenty of other ways to earn energy. Or just be patient and wait for it to come back.
Save your wolf’s bane for when you have three or more stars on a stage. Some stages will end up having other tiers that are unlocked when you have a specific number of stars. These are good places to use the wolf’s bane so that when you can’t find an item, you can still keep the big multiplier going.
