Camel Ride: Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How To Beat, and Strategy Guide

Camel Ride is a new side scrolling endless runner for the iOS and Android platforms. You play as Pakalu Papito, and he, together with the camel that he rides, is trying to cross the desert at the fastest speed possible. You’ll come across a series of ever changing obstacles as you try to rack up a high score. Read on for some tips and tricks for Camel Ride!

In Camel Ride, the levels sometimes stay the same, and sometimes change. Typically, if you are offline, they will tend to stay the same, but if you are online, they will change. Also, they tend to change after you get a fairly decent score on a level – for example, 20 points.

Your camel’s jump distance and height are determined by how long you hold the screen for. Hold the screen for a short time to make a short, low jump. Hold the screen the whole way through to make a high, long jump. You’ll need to time your jumps accurately in order to get up and over the pits and to avoid the cacti that show up so often.

End your jump slightly later than you think you should. The edges of platforms are very touchy, and if you land on the edge, you will simply die because the game thinks that you smashed into the wall. Land in the middle of a platform, though, and you will be safe and able to continue running and scoring.

Sometimes you will be able to watch a video in order to continue your run. You should especially watch these if you were close to beating your high score, but make sure that you are ready for the game to start back up again so that you don’t get caught off guard. If you have already broken your high score record, though, then the pop up for the video won’t show up.

If you want to see how high your score ranks against other players around the world, go to the Game Center button (for the iOS version of the game) or to the Google Play button (for the Android version of the game). Any extreme unrealistic scores (or anything by Shaky Bird) will be a hacked score, but if you see a score that’s high yet realistic, that means it’s a real score and that’s the standard to measure up against.
