Block It – Tips, Tricks, Cheats, How to Win, and Strategy Guide

Block It is a new endless ball-bouncing game for the iOS and Android platforms by Ketchapp and Bento. It’s kind of like a one-man game of ping pong, with walls. Your goal is to bounce it as many times as you can by activating the bottom barrier with a screen tap. It gets tougher and speeds up as you go, though, making it anything but easy. Read on for some tips and tricks for Block It!

At first, the ball starts off bouncing a little bit slowly, meaning that you have to time your taps pretty much just right in order to get the ball to bounce and not fall through the bottom of the level. As it speeds up, you get a little more wiggle room because the speed of the barrier never increases. However, watch out as the speed continues to increase; the ball gets a bit tough to see.

Make sure that you don’t have too many background apps open when you play this, and that your Game Center pop up has already loaded and gone away (if you are playing this on an iOS device). The Game Center popup can slow things down, make the action choppy, and make it a lot harder to see where the ball is bouncing at any particular point in time.

If you start it off simply by tapping the screen, the ball will go almost straight up. Having the ball go straight makes it a little bit easier to see. However, if the speed is getting to you, then try starting it with a swipe to the side. The ball will bounce more sideways, and overall it will move from top to bottom and from bottom to top slower than it does when it’s going straight.

Check the leaderboard to see who you have to compare yourself against, and what the top scores in the game are. Right now there are some hacked scores at the top of the leaderboard, but if you scroll past them to the scores that look insanely hard but doable, you’ll see the scores which are real and not hacked, and what you have to beat if you want to be the best.

The highest possible score in the game is 1,000 points. If you get good enough that you can eventually score 1,000 points, you will be tied for first place for life. At some point they might update the game to go past 1,000 points, though, which means then you’ll get another chance to compete for the top score. And all of the hackers should be gone by then, so you can actually get a legitimate 1,000+ score at that point.
