General Tips
- From the main menu, you can adjust a variety of settings, like music and sound volume, brightness and screen mode from the option menu.
- There are many hidden objects in some scene. Find and click on all the items listed at the bottom of the screen.
- If you click the Hint button in the bottom left corner, it will show you the location of a hidden item. After you use the Hint button, hints will be unavailable for a short period of time.
- If you click a word from the list, the silhouette of the item will appear above it.
- During mini-games, you can use the SOLVE button in the upper left corner to finish and skip the game.
- You will obtain some items during dialogue scenes. Afterwards, you can see these items in the Inventory tab.
- If you click on the wrong spot multiple times, you will be unable to use silhouette hints for a brief period of time.

Rickshaw Stand

Mini-game: Finding Kenzo’s House
- Use the clues in the bottom of the screen from the rickshaw runner to find Tsukumo’s house.
- Click to mark an “X” on the houses that don’t fit the given clues. Eliminate the wrong houses until only the correct house remains.
- Click all houses except the second house from the right in the top line.
- Lastly, click on the house circled in the screenshot to solve the mini-game.

Chapter 6 – Pemberton’s House
Richard’s Study

Mini-game: Message
- Hold the left mouse button and rub it over the paper until the message appears.
- Refer to the image for the solution.
Garden

- A garden Trowel will be stored in your inventory automatically.

- Click the Garden Trowel and drag it to the bottom right corner on the screen. When the trowel is in the right place you will see blue sparkles.

- Click the buttons to switch the position of all the surrounding locks from opened to closed or closed to open.
- To solve this puzzle, click the bottom right corner button.
- Click the bottom left corner button.
- Click the upper left corner button to open all of the locks.

- Match same two symbols, and remove all panels.

Fujikawa
- Click the memo in Richard’s handwriting in the inventory.
- After reading the script, click the Richard’s suicide note in the inventory.
Chapter 12 – Tsukumo’s House
Mini-game: Finding Tsukumo’s House
- Use the clues in the bottom of the screen from the rickshaw runner to find Tsukumo’s house.

- Click Timmerman’s shop on the map.
- Click the pendant in the bottom side of the screen that matches Tsukumo’s.

- The mallet and dagger will be automatically stored in your inventory.

- Click the mallet in your inventory and drag it to the blue vase in the upper left corner in the screen.
- You will then receive the black key inside the blue vase.
- Click the dagger and drag it to the carpet in the bottom middle in the screen.
- You will then find the lock under the carpet.
- Click the black key and drag it to the lock.

Mini-game:
- Click on the boxes and furniture to move them into an open space.
- The object of the mini-game is to get Fujikawa to the door at the top of the screen.

- Place all of the tiles in the proper position.
- Each line, horizontal, vertical, and the 2 large diagonals all need to have no more than one of each color and suit of tile.
- There are 4 colors: blue, green, red and orange.
- There are 4 suits: clubs, spades, hearts, diamonds.

- Click the Fox’s Office in the map and through the script.
Kitchen
