A review of one of the exciting Playstation Portable video games - God of War : Chains of Olympus

Chains of Olympus sees the cruel demigod Kratos forming the backdrop to the story. Positioned as a prequel to the God of War II for the Playstation2, the game is set halfway through Kratos' 10 year tenure to the Gods. Highly appreciated equally by fans and critics for the game's superb graphics and gameplay, the game in no way produces a dull instant right through its taut story line.

Gameplay :

On beating the Persian King, the sun unexpectedly goes down. With the entire globe dropped into dark and the gods ending up defenseless, Kratos has got to now set out on a quest to revive Helios back to the heavens to keep his guarantee to the gods. In order to be successful he must now tackle some of the most frightening creatures of Greek myths and then was faced with the great quandary of choosing between his very own deliverance and saving the entire ancient world from destruction.

The game is a 3rd person action quest with battles, with the competitor having the ability to play the leading role, Kratos. The game features 4 boss fights in all : the basilisk, Charon, Persephone and the Persian king. Not very much has changed for the Psp version of the well-liked God of War series. Kratos still uses his basic weaponry and collects crimson orbs to power up his capabilities.
