Are you on edge about whether or not you should buy The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim? Well I want to provide some information that might help you make a decision. Skyrim is looking to be a promising game, and from what I have seen, it looks like the best Elder Scrolls game yet. But there are a lot of people who will be new to Elder Scrolls games, and are not sure if this is a game for them. I hope to calm you fears and answer a few of the questions you might have about this game. Without further ado, let’s get started on my reasons you should buy Skyrim.
Huge Open World Environment: If you like open world games, then this one should be right at home with you. It has tons of places to explore, and over 150 dungeons, each unique. Not only that, but every place you see in Skyrim, you can reach. Skyrim has plenty of towns for you to explore as well, so if you like to explore, then you definitely will not be disappointed by the amount of exploration you are able to do in this game. If you aren’t so into exploring, this game offers a fast travel option, so you can quickly get to towns dungeons, and other areas.
Quest: And there are lots of quests too. You can take on a lot of quest from the get go. There are quest where you probably have to meet certain requirements to be able to complete them, but you should eventually be able to take the quest. The quest range from fetch quest to assassination quest, or treasure hunting, you name it. New to Skyrim is completing quest from friends. For example, you can make a friend in this game, and as their trust increases in you he or she will offer you a quest. One quest I remember that someone ask you to rescue his son from a group of bandits. You can also join guilds and complete quests for them and move up in the ranks. A few examples are the mages and warriors guilds. So there are lots of varieties of quests in this game.
Character Customization and Freedom: The amount of customization in this game is crazy. Seriously, you can specialize in anything you want. For example you could specialize in shield and sword, magic and summoning, magic, melee, the possibilities are endless. The great part about this is it comes natural, you use what works for you, and you naturally level that skill, simple, you use what you like, you become better with those skills. You also get to choose the look of your character. From gender, to race, to hair, to how that character looks, if you played around for a while, you could create a character that looks like you. The amount of stuff you can do in this game is insane. There is the option to marry in this game, and you can marry any gender, or race you want from the characters you can wed, so yes, lots of customization and freedom.
Dragons: Yes, as you are probably well aware of, there are dragons! Lots of dragons to be exact and they are a core part of Skyrim. There are even dragons that aren’t fierce, now whether they are just passive or friendly, I am not sure, but I do know that fighting one and killing It gives you access to a part of a certain shout, and shouts are the ancient dragon cries that have a unique ability with them. There are shouts that can speed you past obstacles, and there are shouts you can use to blow enemies away! That to me sounds exiting.
These are most certainly not all of the reasons that you should buy Skyrim. If I tried to tell you everything, this article would be extremely large. These are important features to look into though if you are seriously considering getting this game.
