Play War Games: The Battle Dawn Way

You, the player are represented by a colony. A colony consists of workers who are able to collect resources and get trained into military units. Depending on the number of workers present in a colony, the size of the colony also varies. In Online war games, you can attack a colony and conquer a player. You have to use your colony to recruit units until you obtain your own Training Base. What are Colonies?

You have to use your colony to recruit units until you obtain your own Training Base.
Your aim is to conquer the world and a colony is your starting point. You can even change how your colony looks or appears, using supporter tokens.
How to Relocate a Colony?
Before you can relocate a colony, you have to build an outpost at a location you want it, or at an already existing outpost that has been under your control for 24 ticks. When you select the relocate option, it brings up a window showing you how much it will cost you to move your outpost when you play war games.
It should bring up a window that will show you the cost of moving your outpost. It costs 50 units of energy and a proportional amount of oil depending on how far the outpost is from your colony. Now your outpost and colony gets switched. You continue controlling the outpost for another 24 ticks before the next relocation. Each time you relocate, get conquered, acquire a relic or leave an alliance, your ticks get reset to 0.
In case, your colony gets locked down by an enemy spy, while playing online war games ,your rights to relocate will cease to exist, you are expected to wait until your colony will no more be locked down.
How important are Workers?
You gain workers every 24 ticks and it is called a “Worker Growth”. You have to build a Farm Structure so you could get workers. Depending on how high the structure is, more workers can be gained. When you gather 25 workers, you gain 1 power.
Military
In Battle Dawn, players have to protect their independence or risk being conquered. It is very clear that you build an army to either defend yourself or to attack. Players have to recruit units to be grouped under a squad, in order to start an army. When you play war games, you have to use ticks to form units and then they get grouped into Squads. After the squads get formed, they can be deployed anywhere in order to defend their colonies.



What to do if you are conquered?

Even if you are one of the best players out there, you could get conquered. At some point or other, most players will be conquered. But there is nothing negative about being conquered. You can use this opportunity during Free War Games to nurture your colony and make it strong. Since you are already conquered, you don’t have to fear any more attacks, neither would you be able to attack or conquer another colony!
