To obtain Hi-Sec Auto Tracking, you need 100 minerals and gas. The Hot Key is H. This will increase your attack on Missile Turrets, Auto Turrets, Point Defense Drones and of course, Planetary Fortresses as previously mentioned. However, it may only increase the attack range by 1.

To research Building Armor, you need 150 minerals and gas. The Hot Key is B. This will increase the armor of all of the things listed in the previous paragraph. This also includes all of the Terran buildings.

For the Neosteel Frame upgrade, 100 minerals and gas are needed. Through this, it can increase the space of cargo in the Bunker by 2. It can also increase the load of space on a Command Center or Planetary Fortress by 5. The key you need for this is N.

In order to research level two and three infantry weapons and armor you need to also build an Armory. The Armory building itself complements the Engineering Bay nicely as it also contains upgrades for vehicle weapons and armor.

The infantry upgrades researched at this structure are used for units that are produced from the Barracks structure. The Barracks building will cost a bit, but it is needed for training Terran infantry. You need about 150 of those minerals, so make a note of that. This will create Marines, Marauders, Ghosts, and Reapers. It will allow the Ghost Academy and it can attach to the Tech Lab. Even better is the fact that this structure can train multiple Marines at one time with the Reactor addon.
