The Renovations in Assassin’s Creed Rogue will need you extra cash while you play the game. The building are all over the world and you can miss them if you aren’t looking. This guide will help you find all the Renovation Locations in the game!
Forts and Gang Hideouts also add to your bank income. If you need more materials go ship hunting or loot some supply camps/warehouses.
You will need to take out the gang hide outs in order to unlock the Renovations for the area.
New York Renovation 1 – You cannot miss this one, it is part of the main story.
New York Renovation 2 – You can find this Renovation in the Greenwich area. You will need 10 metal, 10 wood, 30 stone and 30 cloth. This will increase your income by 350 per cycle.
New York Renovation 3 – You can find more renovations in Lower Manhattan. The first Renovation takes 10 metal, 100 stone and 60 cloth and will increase your income by 700 per cycle.
New York Renovation 4 – The second Renovation in Lower Manhattan takes 10 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth. This will increase your income by 350 per cycle.
New York Renovation 5 – There are two more Renovation spots in the Waterfront area. You will need 40 wood, 80 stone and 70 cloth to Renovate the first building. It will increase your income by 660 per cycle.
New York Renovation 6 – The second Renovation takes 20 metal, 110 stone, 70 cloth and will increase your income by 900 per cycle.
New York Renovation 7 – You can find two more Renovations in the King’s Farm. The first one will take 10 metal, 10 wood, 40 stone and 40 cloth and increases your income by 350 per cycle.
New York Renovation 8 – The second Renovation will take 30 wood, 80 stone and 50 cloth. This will increase your income by 600 per cycle.
New York Renovation 9 – Two more can be found in the King’s Farm area of New York. The first one takes 30 metal, 40 wood, 120 stone and 80 cloth and will increase your income by 900.
New York Renovation 10 – The second one will take 30 metal, 30 wood, 80 stone and 80 cloth. This will increase your income by 750 per cycle.
New York Renovation 11 – The last three can be found in the Stuyvesant’s Farm area of New York. The first building takes 20 metal, 30 wood, 120 stone and 100 cloth and will increase your income by 900.
New York Renovation 12 – The next one takes 70 metal, 70 wood, 220 stone and 130 cloth. It will increase your income by 1650 per cycle.
New York Renovation 13 – The last building takes 30 metal, 30 wood, 70 stone and 50 cloth and will increase your income by 600.
Albany Renovation – Albany is in the Albany area of the map. There is one in Albany and it takes 10 wood, 30 stone and 20 cloth. This will increase your income by 200 per cycle.
Twin Snake Path Renovation – The Twin Snake Path can be found in the Fort La Croix area of the map. Another Renovation area can be found in the Twin Snake Path city. You need 10 metal, 10 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth to unlock this one. This one nets you 300 per cycle.
Sleepy Hollow Renovation – Sleepy Hollow can be found in the Albany area of the map. This Renovation takes 10 metal, 10 wood, 30 stone and 20 cloth. This will increase your profits by 250.
Two Bends Renovation – Two Bends can be found in the Two bends area of the map. This one unlocks AFTER you clear out the gang hideout. You will need 15 metal, 10 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth for this Renovation. You will earn an extra 300 per cycle in your bank for this one.
Ash Creek Renovation – Ash Creek can also be found in the Two Bends area. This one takes 10 metal, 20 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth. This building gets your 320 more per cycle. You can actually enter this building but there is nothing inside farm animals.
Greystone Renovation Greystone can be found in the Albany area of the map. This one is pretty far into the Greystone area from the the fast travel point. You will need 10 wood, 50 stone and 30 cloth. This will get you 300 more per cycle. This also unlocks a boat to get to your ship quicker.
Mount Saint Denis Renovation – Mont Saint Denis can be found in the Fort La Croix area of the map. You will need 20 wood, 50 stone and 30 cloth to renovate this building. This will increase your income by 320 per cycle. Outside of the money this building doesn’t do anything.
Fleur-De-Vent Renovation – This Renovation is found in the Lac Eternal area. You will need 20 metal, 30 wood, 70 stone and 50 cloth to get this one done. You will get 600 per cycle of of this Renovation.
Ile Des Pins Renovation – This area is found in Lac Eternal. You will need 30 metal, 35 wood, 60 stone and 40 cloth. This Renovation will get you 550 more per cycle.
Old Growth Forest Renovation – The Old Growth Forest is found in the Fort Soleil area. You will need 20 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth for this Renovation. It will increase your bank income by 300 per cycle.
Old Growth Forest Renovation 2 – This one is pretty deep into the forest and there is no direct way point to the Renovation. If you look on your map you can see a dock near the Renovation that you cannot fast travel to. I went to Dekanawida below it and used my boat to get to that dock. This Renovation will take 15 metal, 10 wood, 20 stone and 20 cloth. It will increase you income by 250 per cycle.
Otetiani Renovation – Otetiani can be found in the Fort Soleil area. This Renovation will take 10 wood, 50 stone and 30 cloth and increases your income by 300 per cycle.
Riviere Aurifere Renovation You can find Riviere Aurifere in the Fort Blanc area of the map. You will need 20 metal, 30 wood, 80 stone and 60 cloth for this Renovation. You will get 650 more per cycle for this building.
Or-Du-Norde Renovation – This is also found in the Fort Blanc area of the map. You will need 30 metal, 40 wood, 80 stone and 70 cloth for this one. This will increase you income by 700 per cycle.
Vielle Carriere Renovation Vielle Carriere is also found in the Fort Blanc area. You will need 20 metal, 20 wood, 70 stone and 60 cloth for this building. You will get 550 more per cycle for this Renovation.
You will need to take down the forts in the area in order to renovate.
Miramichi Renovation – You can find Miramichi in the Port La Joye area of the map. This one takes 20 wood, 40 stone and 30 cloth and will increase your income by 300.
Burgeo Renovation – Burgeo is found in the Fort Lous are of the map. It will take 30 metal, 35 wood, 60 stone and 40 cloth to Renovate this building. You will get 550 more per cycle with this building.
Halifax Renovation – Halifax is of course found in the Halifax area of the map. This one will take 10 metal, 10 wood, 30 stone and 20 cloth and will increase your income by 230 per cycle.
Yarmouth Renovation – Yarmouth is also found in the Halifax area. This building takes 20 wood, 50 stone and 20 cloth and will increase your income by 300.
St. John’s Reonvation St John’s is in the Fort Louis area of the map. You will need 20 metal, 20 wood, 70 stone and 40 cloth to Renovate this building. This building will increase your income by 500 per turn.
Terra Nova Renovation – You can find Terra Nova in the Fort Louis area of the map. This building takes 20 metal, 40 wood, 80 stone and 50 cloth to Renovate. It will increase your income by 650 per turn.
Sept-Iles Renovation You can find Sept Isles in the Port La Joye area of the map. This building takes 30 metal, 40 wood, 90 stone and 50 cloth and will get your 700 more per cycle.
St Anthony Renovation – St Anthony is found in the Fort Baie Rouge area of the map. You will need 30 metal, 40 wood, 80 stone and 50 cloth for this building. This renovation will increase your income by 700 per cycle.
Harbour Deep Renovation – You can find Harbour Deep in the Fort Baie Rouge area. You will need 30 metal, 35 wood, 60 stone and 40 cloth to upgrade this building. This will net you 550 more to your bank per cycle.
Perce Renovation – Perce can be found Port La Joye area. You will need 10 wood, 50 stone and 30 cloth for this building. It will get your 300 more per cycle.
Glace Bay Renovation – Glace Bay can be found in the Halifax area. You will need 10 metal, 10 wood, 20 stone and 20 cloth for this building. It will net you 200 more per cycle.
