Assassin's Creed Revelations Walkthrough Part 28 – Arsenal Infiltration

Full Synchronization requires that you perform an Air Assassination from a Zipline.

Right on the heels of inciting the riot you  head into the Arsenal. After the cutscene Ezio will want to use Eagle Sense to follow the phantom of Manuel. While there is a lot of fighting going on around you, the guards will only attack you when you engage them.

Head forward and to the right, when you can from the start of the memory. After a short jog you can turn left. Once you make it through the fighting you will need to take to the roofs to avoid confronting a lot of guards.

While up the roofs, periodically switch on Eagle Sense to track Manuel. This is not too hard once you are above the streets. Once you make it to a large courtyard, return to the streets. Head down the short set of stairs and to the left, with Eagle Sense up. This will trigger the next cutscene where Manuel is securing the rifles he needs for retaking the city.

Once that cutscene is over go straight ahead over the pillars sticking out of the water. Cross to the landing and continue on. Stay on this course until you come to a Tower on your left. Climb up it, making your you have the Hookblade equipped, then slide down it for a moment. Now hit the Assassinate button and Ezio will drop from the Zipline and, likely, kill the pair of guards below him.

Now just head forward you will see the prompt to simply escape the area. If you want to make it easier, climb up onto the nearby ship and ride the Zipline most of the way to the exit. From there simply run.
