Legend Of  Zelda: Skyward Sword Walkthrough Part 37 – Skyloft, Seeking Levias

Go and talk with the Headmaster and he will admit that he does not know the whereabouts of the triforce. Make to leave and he will mention the great Skyspirit, Levias, guardian of the realm of Skyloft. Gaepora will tell you that you can fight Levias in the Thunderhead that has appeared nearby Skyloft. Apparently something trouble Levias and it is not in the most talkative mood. Gaepora will send you over to Owlan in the next room.

Owlan will explain that Levias is not in his right mind and will reluctantly inform you on where to find the Skyspirit. Before he lets you go, he has a test for you. In two minutes you need to clear an obstacle course on your Loftwing, which has been granted a new ability, the Spiral Charge. This replaces your old charge and is infinitely more useful. Unfortunately there are no true tricks to the course. Just be sure to aim for at least 3 moving targets to ensure your success. Once you hit the tenth target Owlan will declare Link fit to use the Spiral Charge technique. He will then point Link to the Lumpy Pumpkin as the Owner makes an offering every year to Levias. Hop onto your Loftwing and head for the Lumpy Pumpkin.

Head inside and talk with the owner. He feels awful that he has yet to make this year's offering but has held off because of the Thunderhead. He will whip up a massive batch of Pumpkin Soup for Levias. Fi will call Scrapper to carry it. Thankfully this batch seems to be super-heated as it will not go cold after five minutes. Take your time getting into the Thunderhead. Once inside, aim for the island with the Rainbow over it. Dive down onto it and Scrapper will set down the massive supply of Pumpkin Soup. Time for a Boss Fight, with Levias.

Bilocyte
In the beginning, you need to dive off and call your Loftwing. Pursue Levias and Spiral Charge into the eyeballs coming off him. After you destroy four eyes it is time for a change of tactics. Continue to pursue Levias but aim for the flat mantle on his head. Close in on it and dive onto it. Once there you will be able to take on the parasite that is causing all this havoc.

Once you land, head for the opening you saw the head coming out of. Bilocyte will appear and it will start to spit globs at you. While you can shield bash these, it is more important to slash at the globs and launch them back at Bilocyte. Slash one into each of its frills then throw one back at it. You can also hit the main eye with a Skyward Strike if you are fast enough. This will stun it and let you land a number of hits on it. After you get a number of hits on it, Bilocyte will stop falling and just move and spit globs at you. You can either knock the globs at it after its spits them and moves or just dodge the globs and use repeating Skyward Strikes. It will take a few more, but Bilocyte will fall sure enough.

At the end, Levias will pass on what little he knows about Hylia's plans around the Triforce. He explains that it is a four part song and that he only knows one part. The remaining three pieces were entrusted to the dragons in the land below.
