You get the mission "The Footsteps of the Fallen" after doing the mission "Hunter's Eye"

Open your mission log:

The Footsteps of the Fallen
Qyzen Fess has gone to explore the waterfall caves to find where the Fount of Rajivari is located. Unfortunately, you have learned the Fount is guarded by traps. Master Yuon Par believes that information stored on the Old Terminals in Upper Kaleth may hold clues that will help you get past these traps safely. Use the terminals in Upper Kaleth to gather clues.

Your tasks are to:
Access the North Terminal
Access the West Terminal
Access the South Terminal

Head to the Upper Kaleth Ruins and open your map to get a bearing on the terminals. Get Cahel Tse's Holorecord from the West Terminal. Then get Vadria Tallion's Holorecord from the South Terminal. Finally, get Orth Quane's Holorecord from the North Terminal. The North Terminal is on top of a ruined wall.



Now that you have all three holorecords, it is time to return to the Jedi Temple and learn what Qyzen Fess has reported to Master Yuon Par. Tell her you found the ancient recordings. The terminals held the last words of Rajivari's apprentices. The Jedi besieged Kaleth, after Rajivari tried to kill the Council and his apprentices held the line all by themselves. Rajivari's apprentices knew there was no hope, but they defended their beliefs to the last. With a different master, they could have been great Jedi.

But Qyzen Fess has not yet returned. He mentioned the Waterfall Caves. If Qyzen has the last coordinate, you can triangulate the Fount of Rajivari. She wants you to check on Qyzen. The mission "The Footsteps of the Fallen" is now completed, and the next mission begins, "Rajivari's Legacy".
