You receive the mission "The Jedi Envoy" after completing "Seeking Darkness".
Successfully completing the Jedi Trials on Tython, you have been elevated from Padawan to the rank of full Jedi. The Council was quick to recognize the potential of the order's newest knight. At the request of Master Kiwiiks, the Jedi Council sent you to Coruscant to investigate the dark presence they had sensed on the Republic's capital world. Accompanied by the faithful astromech droid T7-01, you must meed with Master Orgus and other members of the Council to learn more about this new threat.

The Jedi Envoy
After completing your training on Tython, you are to travel to Coruscant as ordered by the Jedi Council. Board a shuttle to Coruscant.
Make sure to wander about the Republic Fleet to see what's available. Most importantly, you should talk to Master Nimi to begin the process choose your advanced class (Sentinel or Guardian). Also make sure to train your crew skills.
You should also check out the Galactic Trade Market (Auction House) to buy items you are interested in, or to put on auction items which you have found. There is also the cargo hold that lets you store your items.
Once you have finished any business on the Republic Fleet, head to Coruscant Departures. Then board the shuttle and select Coruscant Spaceport as your destination. When you arrive, register with the customs terminal at the shuttle docking bay at the Coruscant Spaceport. Then take the elevator to the Coruscant Spaceport level.
Head North past the Senate Plaza and towards the Senate Tower at the northern edge of the map. Locate Master Orgus Din's room. He is speaking with Master Kiwiiks, Padawan Kira, General Var Suthra and Doctor Eli Tarnis.
The Republic secretly built a planetary-scale weapon without consulting with the Jedi. With a single activation, the Planet Prison super-charges a world's upper atmosphere, turning it into an enormous ion cannon. Any starship entering or leaving the planet will be completely disabled. Perfect enemy containment, without casualties. But the Planet Prison's design files have been stolen.
Agent Galen, with the Strategic Information Service, barges in and informs that he has a lead. Thirty-two hours ago, thieves raided a military storehouse. They stole weapons, supplies and data files for the Planet Prison project. The thieves' leader skipped up- showed his face in a security camera. Vistis, Rodian smuggler, staying with the so-called Migrant Merchants' Guild. Nasty bunch of criminals. The guild is a violent, well-armed criminal cartel. Invading their headquarters is something only a Jedi could pull off.
