After your conversation with Keitner, head back down the stairs and loop around the prison complex to the stairs in the southeast. Wait for the guards to finish talking and one of them to walk over to you. Knock them out and head quickly up the stairs to the next level.

If you want to make life easier for yourself, be sure to loot the bodies of both guards to get the access codes for the security terminal in the central tower. It is: 8efehlist. Use it to disable the turrets and robots that are connected to it if you have the augments.

On the second level you need to time your movements to avoid drawing the attention of the box guards.  Head to the right and duck into the nearby cell. Wait for the box guard to pass by then follow it at a distance. Close up on it when it approaches the laser grid and hide right beside it. After the box guard passes through immediately slip through it. This is tricky to do so save before hand in case. Now head on up to the stairs in the northwest and go up to the final level on your way to the interrogation wing.

This last level also has the hardest part to avoid, turret sentries. They just seem hard at a glance. Whichever way you go you will need to deal with one. Notice, in the middle of its torso, there are two infrared beams emitting from it. Creep up and dash the distance in the gap between the beams. After that you are home free to make it to the marker. Head in for a biometric scan to get admitted into the wing.

Investigate the second room on the right and listen to the audio log to learn something more about what is going on here. Now head through the corridor and down the stairs. You will stop at the first cell and meet Nina Sullivan. She can tell you a lot of things about what is going on around here. Go over the options then leave, as there is no other choice. Now head to the north for the door at the far end of the hall, toward the morgue. Be sure to stop into the last room on the right. Inside, in the southwest corner, you will find a data storage device which may be useful later on. Now finish your trip into the morgue to receive an interesting cutscene.
