Locate a skeleton on the path leading to the mountains, in the Hollows on Tython. Next to the skeleton, is a datapad. Interact with it to commence this quest. This is a level 6 mission.

I shouldn't have come hunting alone, I knew that. But our little Rusa is so sick, and the doctor said that the teeth of the Manka cats could make medicine, Cure her. I tried... I tried to get their teeth for Rusa... but the Flesh Raiders train the cat to be vicious. So horrible. I'm sorry, my love... and so tired. I must sleep to gather my strength.... in case the Manka cats come back. I'll bring their teeth home... somehow...

You found a datapad on the body of a Kalikori Hunter with a last message to his wife Bahlea. The hunter was trying to collect Manka cat teeth for medicine that might cure his sick daughter Rusa, but he was killed by the Manka cats before he could recover any of their teeth. Unless Rusa gets the manka teeth medicine, she won't get well. Collect manka cat teeth from manka cats and savage manka cats on Tythos Ridge and return them to Bahlea in Kalikori village.
Your objective is to gather six Manka Cat Teeth. Open your map to locate the location of the Manka Cats, which should be futher up the road. The cats usually accompany Flesh Raider Deathwatchers. Kill the Manka Cats and loot the Manka Cat Tooth from them, until you have collected 6 teeth. Once you have collected 6 of those teeth, your task will update to report to Bahlea in the Kalikori Village. Bahlea lives in a small house in the village. Enter the house and speak to her.
Bahea: Oh hello, you must be one of the Jedi. My name is Bahlea. How do you do. I don't mean to be rude, but I'd rather not talk for long. My daughter is very sick, and i'm all she has since my husband died..

Choose the first option to tell Bahlea that you found a holorecording on her husband's body. You tell her how he said that the Manka Cat Teeth would help her daughter. You give Bahlea the teeth, and she is very happy that the doctor will now be able to make the medicine to cure her daughter.

Choose the first option to tell her that it was the least you could do. She still wants to give you a reward for the good deed. She thanks you again and goes to tell the doctor, so that he can make Rusa's medicine right away.
For your reward, you get credits, experience, and a piece of green armor (for me it was an Aspiring Knight's Waistcord). This completes the mission, Pilgrim Medicine.
