While questing inside the Tomb of Ajunta Pall on Korribaln as a Sith Warrior or Sith Inquisitor, you will find a datapad on the ground. Interact with it to read:

Imperial Edict 936: Mercenaries have taken advantage of the k'lor'slug infestation in the tomb of Ajunta Pall, stealing valuable artifacts from its depths - a situation wholly unacceptable. You are authorized to use deadly force to send these mercenaries a message that further desecration will not be tolerated. The task is dangerous, and hazard pay has been authorized. See me at the medical center upon completing your mission for your compensation - Sergeant Rikel (Close/Accept)

In the tomb of Ajunta Pall, you found a military datapad containing information on Imperial Edict 936. The order authorized the use of deadly force against mercenaries looting the tombs. Recovering any artifacts looted so far might also net you a bonus. Carry out Imperial Edict 936. Kill the invading looters inside the tomb of Ajunta Pall, and search their storage containers for any stolen artifacts.

Open the map to find the location of the looters to the south, and head there. Kill 10 Tomb Looter Sentries and Thugs. That will complete the first objective.
To find the artifacts, you will have to go to the upper level of the tomb. Locate the entrance to the very south and go there. Climb the stairs to reach the tomb's upper level. Open the map to locate the chamber with the artifacts, and go there. Kill the Tomb Looter Scouts and Brutes in the room and interact with 3 crates of packed up artifacts to complete the second objective. After you have recovered all three artifacts in this room, your quest log is updated:
You dispatched the mercenaries who were looting the temple, as well as recovered several stolen artifacts. Report your success to Sergeant Rikel at the medical center near the entrance to the Sith Academy.
Quick travel back to the academy and go outside near the medic. Talk to Sergeant Rikel. Tell him you have taken care of his problem with the looters in the tomb. He assumes his men are dead, but you have done him a great service. Their loss is your gain. He gives you the reward.
This completes the mission, Imperial Edict.
