Poptropica Walkthrough - Cryptids Island Part 2: Cryptid Museum

After getting the Kitesurfer X250, go to the left edge of the map, to the rocks on the water, and use your new kite. You will kitesurf on the water for a while, but suddenly a girl shows up in a purple boat. She says that you might as well give up, the prize money is hers, and tells you to have a nice swim, as she sets your kite on fire. You fall into the water.

You are about to drown, when suddenly a helicopter with a "M" logo appears. It's a Mews Corp Helicopter. It rescues you.

You wake up in a  bed inside an unfamiliar looking room. You ask what happened. A guy in that room says that you were sabotaged by Gretchen Grimlock. She is a ruthless fortune hunter. You tell him how she said she was after the prize money too. He says that's true, and she will cheat, lie and steal to get it. That's not fair. The guy says that you have much to discuss and asks that you join him in the foyer when you are feeling better.

You try to get up, but you are dehydrated. Use the cup of water near your bed to hydrate yourself. Then go to the right. Go down the stairs and enter the door near the Mammoth painting. You will see a sign: "Welcome to the Cryptid Museum. This is the only museum on Potropica devoted to the study of Cryptids, legendary creatures that may or may not be real".

Continue down the stairs, then left past the painting of the pink unicorn, and right past another painting of a green dinosaur and into some sort of control room with computer stations. You don't see Mr. Mews anywhere, so perhaps you should check out all of those stations while you are waiting. Click on the green play button on all the consoles to watch the videos. There are three on the bottom, then jump upstairs and find another two.

Mews shows up after you have finished interacting with all the stations.  He has been fascinated with the study of Cryptids since he was a child. The giant squid has given him hope. If that creature exists, then perhaps other legendary beasts do too.

You will have the following options:
Is that why you're offering a million dollar reward?
What do you want from me?
I'll do it!

Tell him you will do it. He says that's excellent. If you find any evidence, he wants you to bring it back to the lab. The helicopter is outside.

Go back and climb the stairs to the museum, go through the door, then through the big double door to exit. Go right and take off in the helicopter. You will see the following possible destinations:
Mews Mansion
Loch Ness
Himalayas
Puerto Rico
New Jersey

Choose "Loch Ness". When you arrive, exit the helicopter and go right, past the sign that says "Don't Feed Nessie". You will go past a shack that says "Nessie Tours since 1933 - Submarine, Rowboat, Tickets, Trinkets, Tripe". Keep going to the right, and you will reach a yellow jeep that says "Lema".

There is a bearded guy standing near the truck. Ask if you can help. He says his truck is stuck. The trailer is too tall to fit under the bridge. He asks you to help him get it out. Examine the wheel. Press the button to deflate the tire. The guy thanks you and says you are brilliant. He tells you that you can use his camera if you would like. He did not get pictures of anything but open water and tourists.
