How To Unlock Mission 45 in Metal Gear Solid 5

In oeder to get to unlock requirements you will have to do all the main missions up to 45. After the second parasite infection at your base, Quiet will leave and it will open up a new Side Op that has you looking for her. The side up is easy, just drop in, clear the camp and grab the intel from the room. As soon as you look at the intel you will load up in mission 45 and you will be looking for Quiet.

While oyu are going after her, Code talker will explain why she has stuck around for so long. Turns out she still wanted to get some revenge against the boss but not his men. That is why she decided to leave without letting anyone know. You can now find her at one of the ruins in Afghanistan being tortured by the Soviets for what she did to them.

Doing this mission will unlock the rest of the missing missions for you to do as well. This is how you can get the true ending for Quiet in the game.
