If you visited Purgatory on the Citadel, you would have overheard three turians on a red couch talking about the lost banner of the First Regiment. Head to the Castellus system and go to the Apien Crest cluster. Scan a planet called Digeris to find the banner and bring it back to the turians in Purgatory. You will receive 15,000 credits.
Speaking with Aria in the same area will unlock three quests: Aria: Blood Pack, Blue Suns, and Eclipse. To take care of the Blood Pack, head to the Presidium Commons and go to the apartments. You will find a batarian, who will ask you to pretend that he has been captured in order to lure the Blood Pack in. Agree to his plan and when the Blood Pack shows up their leader will be replaced by Aria’s man.
The Blue Suns mission will be a bit more complicated than the relatively simply Blood Pack mission. Head to Cargo Hold A in the Docks: Holding Area section of the Citadel to find a turian named Darner Vosque. Speak to him to learn of a turian General named Oraka. Oraka has been throwing off Vosque’s raid plans. Naturally, he wants you to deal with Vosque for him. Head back to the Presidium Commons to find Oraka. Speak with him. You will have a choice to either kill Oraka, or find a way to obtain the weapons through the black market. If you want to pursue the black market option, head to the Aeghor Munitions store. Next to this store you will find a salarian dressed in blue and white. Speak with him to negotiate black market options. He will want you to provide him with rare artifacts in return for the weapons. You will have to leave the Citadel and go to the Kite’s Nest cluster. Here, go to Vular and scan Vana. You will find the artifact. Give them to Kannik, then speak with Oraka, who will in turn stop harassing the Blue Suns.
Aria will also ask you to take care of some Eclipse mercs for her, bringing the faction under her banner. This mission will require you to negotiate with Commander Bailey. Certain factions of C-Sec want to release the Eclipse leader, Jona Sedaris, from prison. Bailey doesn’t like the sound of that and is taking steps to keep it from happening. Aria will of course ask you to convince Bailey to allow the Eclipse leader to go free. Speak with him in the Citadel Embassies. He will guide you to a C-Sec officer in the Presidium Commons. Head there and speak with the C-Sec officer to gain access to Sedaris. The easy way to solve this problem is to use your authority as a Spectre to demand that Sedaris be freed. You can also hunt down a salarian named Seyn in the Docks: Holding Area and speak with him to persuade him to take leadership of Eclipse under Aria’s banner.
After completing the three Aria quests, you will get her as a war asset.
