Once the Gigantosaurus is dead another cinematic runs where the Reagent of the Red Mask shows he has an edge this encounter. Once the terms of engagement have changed, it is time to play along for now. Head on forward. Enemies will start to appear. Most will be Terrorists attacking Ryu. Still, watch above carefully as there can be Jetpack Soldiers as well. Keep focused on just wiping them out to stay alive.

Once Ryu has gone through the soldiers, part of the fence will open and Ryu is prompted to glide over. When you land there are numerous ninja to deal with. Keep to an aggressive strategy here. Lots of quick attacks will be a big help here. Just be sure that Ryu is on guard in cause of resistance. Defeat them all then glide away once again.

When Ryu lands, things appear as they did back in London. Head on down the hallway once more. Time to face the Reagent of the Red Mask again.

Reagent of the Red Mask
Immediately dodge to either side. The Reagent comes in with an unblockable jumping grab attack. While much of this remains unchanged from your first encounter it is still not an easy fight. Keep moving and use the opens that he leaves at the ends of his attacks.

When Ryu knocks the Reagent through the window the fight is over. Go over to the left and Wall run over the exposed wires. Change over to the right-hand side and repeat this when needed. After that, turn left, slide down the slope resulting from the floor collapse. After that just jump onto the bars and quickly climb over to the other side. Slide through the opening in the wall. On the other side of the wall there are either 2 or 3 guards and none of them easy to defeat. Once it is managed though, head through the double doors to penetrate deeper into the area Ryu has found himself in. Welcome to the next day.
