Game of Thrones Walkthrough Part 87 – Alester – Fight Fire with Fire, Part 6

Objective: “Find Greydon and his men to clear the city.”
Head over to Greydon and talk with him. He will reveal that there was a lot of brutal fighting and only he and 2 of his men survived it. They were surprised to find that a few of the Bloodseekers were already dead though. They are ready for the next part now.

Objective: “Now that the Bloodseekers have scatted, strike their officers down. Eliminate Wex.”
It is time to head for the Throne Room once again. Be sure to go over the area of the castle that you did not cover. All the loot is there for collecting. Save before you go in as there is a lot that can go wrong.

The battle starts with 5 men in the room, including Wex. Wex is an Elite Boss in Heavy Armor. His 4 men having the following break down: 2 in Light Armor (1 Crossbowman, 1 fighter), 1 in Medium Armor and 1 in Heavy Armor. Have Ryman focus on Wex from the beginning, coming in with a Stun attack. Keep energy around to interrupt anything Wex is trying to do. Have Alester focus on a few of the soldiers that the men are attacking as well. Working together will bring the Bloodseekers down quickly and easily.

Once the fight is over, loot the bodies. Ryman will tell you there is no further need to wear the Bloodseeker sigil. Be sure to look at the statue head over the eastern pool. On it you will find a Westeros Archive and a Seal of Knowledge. This Archive adds the codex entry, “House Tully.”

Objective: “Now that the castle is yours, find Harwyn to come up with a plan of action.”
With that addressed, head over to Maester Harwyn's quarters to the West. Once there Harwyn will bring you up to speed on what your bannermen have sent: Pikemen and Archers while Riverspring provided armed peasants. Harwyn expresses some concern about this, but Alester can respond to it: either “If each man plays his part [...]” or “Now, we have to organize ourselves [...]”

Ryman is covering the square, Greydon is protecting the Gate and Jon the Docks. The best combination is:
Bowmen with Ryman to the Square
Armed Villagers with Jon to the Docks
Pikemen with Greydon to the Gate

This keeps the most people alive and ensures that the strengths are maximized. Other combinations will result in heavier losses. One combination will simply lead to the game ending (Villagers with Ryman, Bowmen with Greydon and Pikemen with Jon). This will ensure a complete victory and minimal loses to the forces involved. Still, there is a lot to mourn now.

Objective: “Go and pay your respects to Mors' body in the Castle Courtyard.”
Head out to the courtyard and over to the left. You will find Mors face down there. Just interact with him to start the next cutscene. Alester performs R'hllor's Last Rite while has a surprising effect on Mors, he revives!
