The Amazing Spider-Man Walkthrough Part 26 – The Spider-Slayer
Here is a very big problem. Smythe has utter trashed Stan's apartment and abducted Connors. He shows up at the apartment and grabs Spider-Man as well. Well, this looks like a boss fight so let us get to it.
The Spider-Slayer
The first thing you want to do is get moving. The Web-Strike is the starting tactic of the fight. Whenever the prompt comes up for it, just hit the button and swing in for some serious damage. This part of the fight breaks down simply: there are at least 3 Hunters with the Spider-Slayer. You only need to land 3 Web-Strikes on the Hunters to get the option to disable them. Just get and keep moving here.
The 3 Hunters do a good job of homing in on Spider-Man if stands still very long. The only chance you should have to stand still is when one of them is destroyed. This means that Spider-Man is best off for this fight in perpetual motion. Just keep moving with focus and keep a good clip else the Hunters can quickly take down Spider-Man. Just keep moving and it will not be too long before the Hunters are down.
Smythe will ring Spider-Man after the conclusion of the fight. He feels that he no longer needs Oscorp and is willing to give you Dr. Connors. This does not sound very good but there is little choice but to go and rescue the Doctor from Smythe's clutches. Head on over to the Northeastern edge of the map where the Robotics Lab is. Time to start on your way inside. Just head up to the first landing from the street level and go through the very large grate there.
