A Prince's Favor: The Second Task
Time to find a way into Jarvia's Hideout and knock some heads together with steel and magic. Head out of the Royal Palace and make for Dust Town. As you approach the entrance to Dust Town you need to find a good 6 Harrowmont Fanatics. Nothing too big or bad but the number could be a little troublesome. After you take them out, 3 more will appear shortly after to keep the fight going. Send them to their ancestors as well and continue on toward Dust Town. Proceed along with “Entering Jarvia's Hideout” as normal from there.

Once you have completed the quest, head back to the Chamber of Assembly and talk with Vartag to finish the quest. He will thank you and it is time to start on with the the final task.

A Lord's Trust: The Second Task
Lord Harrowmont is just inside his study. Go through the door in front of you to find the Lord and have a good talk with him. He is convinced that Bhelen had something to do with the King's death. He admits that the King wanted to make him King over Bhelen as it was felt that Bhelen would make a poor king. Harrowmont will tell you that he did not want to be king. Endrin and and Harrowmont's colleagues wanted him to become King instead of Bhelen.
