With Caltrops as its only Discipline skill in the setup, this gives you plenty of opportunities to lay out more and more caltrop fields, covering areas you either can’t shoot at or need to flee from so that you have less to worry about from anything you happen not to aim at.  This lets you then focus on using Entangling Shot to slow approaching enemies, as it’s your main offense.  Rapid Fire is for pumping high damage into a single enemy when you face a boss or named monster, while Cluster Arrow gives you a good outlet for your Hatred when you’re dealing with masses of enemies- particularly with Dazzling Arrow there to stun about half of the things you hit with it.

Situational skills here are Fan of Knives and Rain of Vengeance, as well as Caltrops sometimes.  Fan of Knives gives you a defense if you suddenly start getting crowded- the strong slow on Crippling Razors should give you plenty of chances to escape close range in the direction of your choice.  If something is still moving too quickly after you’ve laid into it with slows, say an enemy with increased movement speed, or a boss that you’re having trouble escaping, then Rain of Vengeance (Flying Strike) will give you a bit of a breather.  Just don’t try to abuse it in non-emergencies, the long cooldown is deadly.

Cull the Weak gives you the advantage when you Slow, which you were already figuring on doing as much as you can anyways, so that’s a pretty obvious selection.  Numbing Traps improves both Caltrops and Fan of Knives, giving you better protection for your back and when you need to retreat to a new vantage point.  Steady Aim is an okay skill- presumably, with all your Slow effects, you can keep out of close range without too much trouble.  If that isn’t working out for you, though, you can turn to Custom Engineering to make your Caltrops last longer and keep you out of trouble.
