The two attacks in this build are the mouse skills, and with good reason.  Evasive Fire may not be the best way to generate continual Hatred, but that’s what the Hotbar skills are for.  Here, Evasive Fire serves the purpose of keeping you out of the grips of your enemies- this is for two reasons.  First of all, you’re a bit lacking in defensive skills with this build.  Secondly, everything this build does can be done at range, so there’s no reason to be standing in melee range.  The other mouse skill depends on how you want to fountain out your Hatred.  Impale (Greivous Wounds) is better when you have a high critical rate, and is much more useful for obliterating a single target.  Cluster Arrow (Loaded for Bear) isn’t quite as good at taking out a single target and costs twice as much Hatred to use, but will absolutely clear out other enemies from around your target.

Secondary skills are chosen here for their ability to both enhance the Hatred generation and reinforce the Demon Hunter’s weak points.  Shadow Power will keep your Life total up a bit, and Marked for Death will increase your damage output- but more importantly, both of them will generate extra Hatred- and while Night Bane is just Hatred over time, Mortal Enemy will reward you for hitting the target of your Mark- even with your Hatred-consuming skill.  Preparation will refill your Discipline pool, which can be important with Night Bane and Marked for Death regularly consuming it to power your Hatred generation, and Evasive Fire drawing on your Discipline to keep you out of trouble- and using the Backup Plan rune means having Preparation more often, and a more reliable Hatestream.  Finally, the Bat Companion flat out adds to your Hatred generation and since it doesn’t expire over time, you should only need to restore it if you run into a very dangerous set of AoE attacks.

Perfectionist is there to ease up your Discipline issue even further, cutting the cost of Shadow Power, though the reduction to Marked for Death’s cost will be mild, thanks to the skill’s low base cost.  Vengeance only serves to aid your Hatestream, and give you a shot at regaining Discipline faster than just Preparation allows for.  Finally, with Evasive Fire (Displace) regularly taking you out of close range, it shouldn’t be hard to draw on the boost from Steady Aim to make your Cluster Arrow barrage even more deadly.
