Inside this room you have a nice little puzzle laid out before you. It is also very, very easy. Head inside and over to the right. You will find an orb you can roll around. On the ground as you enter is a ball socket. Just get the orb into the socket and it will make a post appear on the Western Wall. Wall Run up to the Post and climb up. Move over to the right-hand side of the top plank and Wall Run up. Jump at the top of the Wall Run to collect another Boatman's token. Climb the Wall once again and head over to the left. Grab onto the vines there and climb over to the left and up.

Head West and turn South after that. Head over to the balcony on your right and open the chest there. Head all the way to the South and climb up the left-hand wall. There Death will launch himself from a post up to the wooden planks above. Leap from those planks to the other side to find a chest. Jump back across after that and run along the plank to its end. Wall Run over to the vines and lower Death down on them.

At the bottom head over to the switch that is opposite the base of the vines. Activate it to open the gate to the right. Head on through to the next corridor. Deal with the 2 Construct Warriors in there then seek out the door to the West. Go through it and you have a Construct Adjunct and Warrior waiting for Death on the other side. Defeat them and turn to the Northeastern corner of the room you are in. There you will find another Shadow Bomb growth. Grab one and throw it onto the Yellow growth, the Corruption, to blast free the orb you need to start unlocking the path to the chest. Interact with the orb and roll it over to the ball socket that is in the Southern Part of the room. It will lower the gate and allow Death to access a second orb.

Pause and look to the right of the orb is. There you will find another Page from the Book of the Dead. Roll the second orb straight across to the socket to the left of the gate. It will lower the gate half way. Now go grab another Shadow Bomb from the growth and use it to blast the Orb out of its socket. Grab the orb and roll it to the Northwestern corner and into the socket there. It will lower the gate the rest of the way and allow Death to collect the contents of the chest there: another Skeleton Key. Head back to the East and into the corridor. Turn South and head to and through the locked door that sits there.

Turn to the South and smash through debris in the corner. Inside that wreckage you will find another of the Boatman's coins. Head over to the switch now and throw it to raise a platform, the Smelter, from the lava. You only have a short time now for the next section:
Run to the West and grab the plank above. Head over to the left and jump to the next. Reach the end of the second and drop down. Turn around and jump onto the raised platform. Follow the grip to the left and jump up the second one. Reach the end of that one then lean off the side and jump to the platform below.

Safe on the ground head over to the South into the next room. Turn to the right when you reach the circle chamber and climb the wall there with a Wall Run to the top. Head left after that around the room  then stop when you reach the wall. Move up from there to reach the next rail. Head to the left and drop down from there. Head out into the next chamber.
