Inside Phariseer's Tomb move forward and strike the crystal to start the elevator in front of you. It will lower you down a ways into the tomb itself. Head over to the left of the stairs leading East to collect a Boatman's coin. After that go to the East toward the next door. Between it and you are 5 Mummies. Think of them as slightly tougher Skeletons. Just head through to the East after that. In the next room you have another 5 Mummies waiting for you to deal with. Kill them all then head into the following room.

Time for a puzzle to be dealt with here. Head in and over to the right. Climb the wall and head up it to the left. At the top you will find a Shadow Bomb Growth. Grab some throw them at the Corruption Crystals that cover the opposite side of the room. It will take 3 bombs to blast away all the crystals.

Once the crystals are clear head over to the opposite side and climb up to the right. There you will find a chest to loot. After that turn around and jump over to the platform on your right. Get behind the pillar there and push it down to the floor below. Slide it over to the right and push it up against the gate. Equip the Deathgrip and go to stand on the pressure plate that is just inside the entrance to this room. To the left of the pressure plate is a Shadow Bomb Growth. Aim and grab one. Now face the pillar you placed against the gate and stand on the pressure plate. The gate will rise then throw the bomb onto the pillar. It will explode and push the pillar into position to hold the gate open for Death to pass through it.

On the other side of the gate you will find a door leading to a second elevator chamber. Head over to the elevator itself but do not activate it yet. First look to the Southeastern corner. There you will find a Stonebite to claim: A Stone of Mystics. This elevator will be your main means of moving between the 4 floors of this dungeon. Right now you are on floor 4. If you look to the West or East you will see the roman numerals for it. Now just head over to the East and through the door there.

Inside this room there are 4 Mummies wandering it with the intention of killing Death. Deal with them then head to the far Eastern end. Open the chest in front of the statue. Now go to the right from the chest, up the small set of stairs to the left and behind the statue there. You will find a page from the Book of the Dead there. Now return to the Elevator chamber. Likely you will need to kill 6 more Mummies that spawned while you grabbed the page.

Once back at the elevator strike the stone with the roman numeral “2” on it (the third floor must be ignored for now as you need a skeleton key to progress through it). This will take you to a message that Phariseer has left from any intruders. It warns of the Horseman and then drops him down to the first floor. Once there head through the Eastern Door. In this quick side trip, turn to the left as soon as you enter the next chamber. There you will find a Hook that can be grabbed with Deathgrip. Climb up to the top with it and there you will find another Page from the Book of the Dead. Now head to the Northern door in the elevator chamber and head on through it.
