After an introduction scene with Prophet killing off some CELL Soldiers you will see those same CELL Forces bug once they hear that “Red Star Rising” has been initiated. They all immediately leave and just trust their missing comrade will show up later. They are scared. After that it is time for you to start making your way through the streets and to the park where you will find the tech you are looking for.

Have Prophet scan the area with his Visor then more forward into the water covering the street. You will find some Arrows and a Grendel that is sitting around. Throughout this area avoid being spotted by the Searchlights. This will call in a lot more CELL Soldiers and makes moving around quietly a lot harder. If you need to get a lot of kills for various modules, then go for it. After that just head for the marker. After a while, Psycho will contact Prophet and tell him there is some CELL Intel that he wants gathered. This gives you a secondary objective. You will then want to start making your way to the North.

Weave through the buildings, hacking the turret if necessary and killing any soldiers that get in your way. Take some time to scan that area with your visor. You will find a Nanosuit Upgrade Module on the first floor of one of the buildings nearby the turret. Look above you with the Visor and you will find the Module. Find a ledge nearby it and you should have little trouble getting to it.

It is quick and easy to make it to the helicopter, “Iron Horse”. From there, search the body of it to find 3 Datapads. After that jump up into the nearby building. You will find 4 Datapads in the area. Now turn to the East and work your way over toward the primary objective.

Between it and you are a number more searchlights, a lot of Cell troopers and Enforcers, and a few turrets. Make your way toward the marker. As you close in on it you will notice all the troops around it. Cloak and head in carefully on the second floor of the nearby building. This will let you easily hack the turret and turn it against the CELL forces with minimal risk to Prophet. From there just head into the building with the marker. Get into the middle of it where you will find the stairwell. Take it on up to the top to make it to the marker itself.

As you go up the stairs, move carefully. More soldiers will be added and they will be coming down searching for Prophet. Use this time to scan the nearby area as well. There is a Datapad in the nearby vicinity which is a lot easier to find if you can locate it first via the Visor. It is in the building to the East of the one with the turret. Make your way to the top floor of it and look for the zipline. Go into the nearby room and you will find the Intel. Search the room to find a Nanosuit Upgrade Module. After you have grabbed both those things make for the Zipline and ride it across (it is very easy to find as it is the primary objective). Press on deeper into the buildings to hear from Claire. She explains that Rasch has gone missing and that CELL had knocked down their comms. Time to press on deeper and see what is going on here.
