This Vigor is very useful. While not as versatile as Devil's Kiss it can do a lot for you with only a little effort. The basic attack version of this will have your target floating helplessly in front of you. This is great for going against a wide variety of foes. If you hit them with the Sky-Hook and they are nearby any of the railings then they will go flying over to the edge to their doom. Also, if they are at 25% health or less then Booker will simply slam them into the ground and kill them instantly. Throw this Vigor against foes like the Beast and Fireman to make them simply easier to hit. Using this Vigor on the Zealot will stop them from teleporting around and make it easy to just blast them away.

The Alternate Fire of this creates a trap version of the attack. It will levitate anything that gets near it. While not as directed as the normal attack, it is a great way to create a trap that can send something right over the edge. Keep this in mind for when you are being chased by something and want to end it quickly.

Upgrades:
The first upgrade, the Mod, will give Bucking Bronco a chance to chance the floating effect from one enemy to the next. This creates, ultimately, a chaining attack very similar to an area of effect attack. While not quite the same, but that is close enough.

The second upgrade doubles the float time that Bucking Bronco has. The improvement is great as you can simply do more damage. Mix this in with the trap version and it gets a lot easier to handle.

Combos:
Mix in the Devil's Kiss and you will easily create a quick area of effect attack before you get the first upgrade. It does have the advantage of fire with its damage over time effect opposed to the straight lift properties it has by default.

The second recommended combination is to use Charge on Bucking Bronco. This will send anything already hit with Bucking Bronco flying very far and very fast. Do this with some railing in view and you no longer have to worry about that foe. While the same effect can be achieved with your Sky-Hook, this has the advantage of range.
